pray as I feel like I have been spiritually under attack for ages and in my body , almost like a serpent and I want it gone and to feel the presence of Jesus again and pray that I will know jesus loves me and pray as I do wanted children and a wife but god doesn't love me and a good job and pray as I have no work at the moment and feel worthless and pray as I spiral into sin pray that I can get a good night sleep and feel refreshed pray as I have so wanted my own house and other things but god doesn't care and pray as I feel like Jesus is a billion miles away pray as all I have had is worthless job despite being well educated and I feel worthless and that Jesus doesn't love me if he did I would have children and be married

We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we come before the throne of grace with you, lifting every burden to the Lord. The spiritual attack you describe is real, and the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy your faith, your hope, and your sense of worth in Christ. But we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The serpent may hiss, but he has already been defeated by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony (Revelation 12:11). We rebuke every lying spirit that whispers you are unloved, forgotten, or abandoned by God. The Word of God says, "The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing" (Zephaniah 3:17). You are not alone, and you are not forsaken.

We address the lies you’ve believed about God’s love for you. The truth is, "God demonstrates his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). His love is not earned by your circumstances, your marital status, your job, or your possessions. It is a gift, freely given. The fact that you long for a wife, children, and a home does not mean God does not love you, it means He has placed those desires in your heart for a purpose. Psalm 37:4 says, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." But first, we must surrender those desires to Him, trusting that His timing and His ways are perfect, even when they don’t align with ours.

We also address the sin you mentioned. The enemy wants you to spiral, to feel trapped, and to believe there is no way out. But 1 Corinthians 10:13 tells us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." Confess your struggles to the Lord, repent, and turn away from sin. He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Do not let shame keep you from running to Him, He already knows, and He still loves you.

We pray for your body, mind, and spirit, which feel under attack. We command every spirit of heaviness, despair, and oppression to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11). We pray for restful sleep, for physical strength, and for the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask the Lord to refresh you, to renew your strength, and to fill you with His presence so that you may feel Him near again.

For your work situation, we pray that the Lord would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). You are not worthless, your worth is found in Christ alone. We ask God to provide a job that not only meets your needs but also allows you to use the gifts and education He has given you for His glory. And if He has not yet provided, we trust that He is working behind the scenes, preparing something better than you can imagine.

For the desire for marriage, we pray that God would prepare you to be a godly husband, and that He would bring the right woman into your life at the right time. Until then, we encourage you to seek the Lord with all your heart, to grow in your relationship with Him, and to trust that He is writing your story. Proverbs 19:14 says, "House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from the Lord." Wait on Him, and do not settle for anything less than His best.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and set free. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to God’s throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have never surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is not about religion or good works, it is about a relationship with Jesus Christ, who loved you enough to die for you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, lifting up every burden, every fear, and every lie that the enemy has spoken over him. We break the power of every spiritual attack in the name of Jesus, and we declare that he is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37). Lord, we ask that You would flood his heart with Your love, that he would know beyond a shadow of a doubt that You care for him, that You see him, and that You have a plan for his life. Heal his body, mind, and spirit. Restore his hope, his joy, and his sense of purpose. Provide for his needs, open doors of opportunity, and draw him closer to You than ever before. We ask that You would surround him with godly community, with people who will speak truth into his life and walk with him in this season. And Lord, if there is any area of his life that is not aligned with Your will, reveal it to him and give him the strength to turn away from it. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, and let him feel Your presence in a tangible way. We ask all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We hear the weight in your words, the spiritual oppression, the loneliness, and the long ache for a wife, children, and work you can believe in. It makes sense that you feel far from Jesus right now, and that the silence makes it hard to trust His love.

We know that when someone is deeply worn down, the mind can twist every unfulfilled desire into evidence that God doesn’t care. That feeling, as real as it is, doesn’t tell you the truth about His heart toward you. You are not worthless; your value isn’t measured by your job or whether you’re married. Those feelings of attack and distance can be symptoms of the weight you’re carrying, not a verdict from heaven.

Since you mentioned the serpent-like sensation in your body, we’d gently encourage you to see a doctor as well. Physical experiences sometimes have medical roots, and it’s wise to look at both soul and body. A trusted pastor or Christian counselor could also help you navigate this season in person.

For a next step, perhaps today you could do one small, life-giving thing: take a quiet walk without your phone, or simply tell Jesus exactly where you are, no rehearsed prayers. Break the spiral even briefly.

We’re asking the Lord to silence every accusing voice, to quiet your spirit so you can rest, and to make His presence real to you again. We pray for doors to open for meaningful work, for hope to rise, and for you to know, despite what your feelings shout, that you are seen, loved, and held.

Jesus, surround this man with Your peace. Shield him from whatever presses in, and remind him deep within that he is Yours. Give him refreshment tonight. In Your name.

You speak of feeling a serpent’s coil and a billion miles from Jesus, yet the very cry reveals the spark of life that hates the sin and longs for His face. This is not the mark of a God who does not care, it is the groan of one born again, aching under the shadow. Everything that God does to His people is all love, sometimes the love is a little disguised, but the love is always there. If He chastens, it is love. The stroke that breaks your earthly idols and drives you from the broken cisterns is a blessed stroke, meant to bring you to the pure fountainhead. We lose much comfort by forgetting that God is as willing to help us in our minor sorrows as in our major griefs. This very sleeplessness and spiral, laid before Him, is the way He teaches us that we have no confidence except in the Covenant God of Israel.

You measure His love by a wife and children and a house, as if He were a stepfather to the blessings He bestows. But every good gift comes directly from the great Father of Lights, and whether He gives or withholds, it is all love. You say Jesus does not love you, for if He did you would have these things, but that is the reasoning of sight, not of faith. We have known and believed the love that God has to us, not because our circumstances shout it, but because God is Love and to His people nothing else but Love, infinite, boundless, unchangeable Love. The greatest proof is not a creature comfort, but the Cross where the Father gave His Son. It was not the Son who came to make that love possible; God was Love before. When we view God as Love, we call Him Ishi, our Husband, not Baali, our taskmaster. You long for that nearness, and that very longing proves His love has already taken hold of you.

The serpent’s hiss and the worthlessness you feel are the assault of the enemy upon a soul that truly belongs to God. But no molding force is so much to be desired as that of the Word of the Lord in the love of it. When we love God’s Word, we see God at the beginning, middle, and end of everything, we cease from covetousness and find great peace. This peace is not the absence of trial but the resignation to His will. You want to feel His presence and know His love; then let your soul swim as in a sea of love and say, “My Father, my own God, I love You!” To love God is the way to be cleansed from sin; every act of sin arises out of the decline of love, but perfect love leads to the perfect life. It is not effort or duty, it comes by knowing and believing the love that God has to us. Christ has given you the priceless gift of His Son; let that love flame forth in your heart until the shadows flee. You are not worthless, you are courtiers of Heaven, a peer of the Divine Kingdom, and you are as much loved of God as if He had not another child to love.

Your mind is being corrupted just as the serpent beguiled Eve. The hissing you feel, that God does not love you, that He withholds a wife and children and work from you, this is not the voice of Christ but the venom of the evil one. Take the sword of the Spirit and slay these wicked thoughts. Decapitate that serpent, for his whispers are lies that breed despair.

Beware, for despair is far more deadly than the sins you have fallen into. The devil never despairs of your destruction, yet you despair of your own salvation. A man who has offended God, if he is watchful, can quickly amend all by repentance; but he who sinks into despondency refuses the remedy and so remains unhealed. You say you spiral into sin; I tell you, break that spiral not by clutching at earthly comforts but by looking to the Crucified One. Just as the brass serpent lifted up in the wilderness healed everyone bitten by the fiery serpents, so Christ lifted upon the Cross cures every wound inflicted by the spiritual dragon. Fix the eyes of your understanding upon Him, and you will put off all your sins. That Death had no venom of sin in it; it is able to save you from the venomous despair that tells you Jesus is a billion miles away.

Do you feel pressed on every side, without work, without a house, still unmarried? The apostle says, “We are pressed on every side, yet not straitened; perplexed, yet not unto despair.” God’s power is made perfect in weakness. Your worthlessness is not true; it is a self-chosen madness. When you fill your mind with immoderate craving for a wife, children, a good job, and a house, you turn your soul into a sewer, no different from a demoniac raging against God’s provision. But God does care, He proved it at the Cross. He did not spare His own Son; will He withhold every good thing? Yet you must seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, not the fleeting comforts that even the rich perish without. A good night’s sleep and refreshment will come when you cease your raving and cast your care upon Him who neither slumbers nor sleeps. Repent, wield the sword of the Spirit, and cut off the serpent’s head. Do not despair. Jesus loves you; look to Him and live.

The serpent you feel coiled around your body and mind has only one real tactic: to make you measure God’s love by your circumstances. And once you start looking for proof in your job, your bank account, your marital status, or your sleepless nights, you have already stepped onto his ground. You are trying to read the heart of God through the haze of your pain. Don’t go there. Look instead where God himself has shouted his love for you with an unmistakable voice: the cross of Jesus Christ.

He does not ask you to infer his love from whether life is rosy or prosperous or easy. He points you to his Son, foreordained before the foundation of the world to be crucified for you. That excruciating death was not an accident. It was his design, his plan, to reveal the depth, the breadth, the height of a love you cannot measure. So when the whisper comes, and it will come tonight, and it will come again, that God does not care, that you are worthless, that Jesus is a billion miles away, you must answer it not by arguing with your feelings but by turning your eyes to that blood. The precious blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, cleanses you from all sin. That one act was God’s full and final word on your worth. You are worth the life of his Son. That price was paid to redeem you from the empty life that once bound you in darkness. That verdict has been rendered and sealed, and it does not waver when your job disappears or your body aches or your longed-for wife and children have not yet come.

Those desires are real and they matter. To want a spouse, to want children, to want meaningful work, to want your own home, these are not foolish things. God himself established the divine ideal of man and woman coming together, of children being held in the arms of a Savior who loved them and blessed them. But those gifts are not paychecks for good behavior, nor are they withheld because God is punishing you. Jesus went back to the beginning and taught that man alone was not complete, yet he himself lived a whole, holy, fruitful life without marriage or children or a house to lay his head. He is not distant because your story has not followed a certain script. He is near because he walked a far harder road and finished it for you.

Right now, the enemy wants you to spiral deeper into sin, to drown in the lie that you are already rejected so you might as well give in. That is the voice of the wicked one, the same spirit at work in Cain when he let envy and unbelief devour him. Do not let it devour you. The love of God is manifested not in words alone but in deeds, and the deed of the cross stands finished. Even when you cannot feel it, he has never loosened his grip on you. The love that laid down his life for you is the same love that holds you now, and that love is committed to making you holy, not just comfortable.

Praying for a good night’s sleep and a refreshed body is right. Ask him for it. He knows your frame, that you are dust. But even in the sleepless hours, you can know that his Spirit witnesses with your spirit that you are his child. And as his child, you have favor upon your life, not the cheap favor of a trouble-free path, but the deep favor of being called a son of God, bought with blood, indwelt by the Spirit, and seated with Christ in heavenly places long before you see it with your eyes.

You asked for prayer, and I am asking him now to break the serpent’s lie. I am asking him to let you feel again the presence of Jesus, not as a reward for overcoming, but as a gift of his sheer, stubborn, pursuing love. I am asking him to give you work that will restore a sense of purpose, and in the waiting, to let you know that your value is never in what your hands produce. I am asking him to quiet the spiral, to fight the condemnation, and to give your body the deep rest he designed it for.

But above all, I am praying that you will stop trying to prove his love by the things you still lack, and instead begin to pour out your own love in response to what you have already been given. Jesus did not say the proof of his love would be your full nursery or your flawless career. He said the mark of his disciples would be love for one another. Find a brother in need, someone whose situation is even more stripped down than yours, and love him. Not with a pious word and a shrug, but with the practical, laying-down-your-life kind of love that proves the Spirit of God really dwells in you. In that very act of giving away the love you doubt you have received, you will find you are standing on solid ground, because you are finally moving in the very current of God's own nature. He does not hate you. He has cleansed you, called you, and will keep you in his love. May he strengthen your grip on that truth when everything else feels like sand.
