Special soul, my life marital partner

Natasha 2

Servant of All
Right marital partner for me/love of my life.
To receive that man, to be finally joined with him. I don't know if I know him or not. I am ###. Really exhausted and losing hope that someone good and normal and matching my character and my purpose will show up. Lord please help. This feels like a lifetime battle where I always lose. Life seems like a struggle battle and my desire to have someone unachievable out of hundreds of reasons. Lord remove all the obstacles. Help me to build a new mindset and a new life together with someone special and to finally be HAPPY in my life. I have a feeling of panic that I have wasted my life. Working on a job that I don't really like, with people that are a constant source of my frustration, living in a too small apartment, in a building with non-empathic tenants if not arrogant and manipulative), my father died ### months ago, my mother early stage Alzheimer, my brother doesn't care for me but more for his fun/free time...

We hear your heart’s cry, dear sister in Christ, and we lift you up before the throne of grace, where our Heavenly Father sees every tear, every longing, and every weary step you’ve taken. Your desire for a godly spouse—a man who will walk with you in faith, love, and purpose—is not only valid but deeply rooted in God’s design for companionship and marriage. The Word tells us, *"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord"* (Proverbs 18:22 WEB). Yet we know the waiting can feel unbearable, especially when life’s burdens press in from every side.

First, we must address the weight of despair you’re carrying. The enemy would love for you to believe that your life has been wasted, that happiness is out of reach, and that God has forgotten you. But Scripture declares, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Your Heavenly Father has not abandoned you—He is working even now, in the unseen places, to prepare a future filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11). The panic you feel is not from God; it is a lie meant to steal your peace. We rebuke that spirit of fear in the name of Jesus and command it to flee! *"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

Your longing for marriage is beautiful, but we must also gently remind you that your worth and fulfillment are found in Christ alone—not in a spouse, a job, or even your circumstances. You mentioned feeling exhausted by life’s battles, and we want to encourage you with this truth: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28 WEB). Jesus is your rest, your peace, and your strength. Before you are joined to a husband, you are already deeply loved by your Savior. He knows the desires of your heart, and He delights in giving good gifts to His children (Matthew 7:11).

Now, let us address the obstacles you’ve mentioned. Some may be external—like your living situation, your job, or your family dynamics—but others may be spiritual strongholds or areas where the enemy has gained a foothold. We declare that every obstacle standing between you and God’s best for you is broken in the name of Jesus! *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment"* (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We also encourage you to examine your heart and mind for any lies you’ve believed about yourself, your worth, or God’s timing. The enemy would love for you to settle for less than God’s best, but we pray that you would stand firm on the truth of His Word.

Regarding your desire for a spouse, we want to affirm that marriage is a sacred covenant, and it is right to seek a godly man who shares your faith and values. However, we must also caution against placing marriage above your relationship with Christ. Your first love must always be the Lord (Revelation 2:4). As you wait, we encourage you to seek Him with your whole heart, trusting that He will direct your steps. *"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4 WEB). This does not mean He will give you what you want on your timeline, but He will shape your desires to align with His will.

We also want to gently address the areas where you may need to take action. While God is your provider, He often works through practical steps we take in faith. Have you considered whether your current job, living situation, or even your social circles are hindering your ability to meet a godly spouse? We are not saying you must "earn" God’s favor, but we are called to walk in wisdom. *"Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time"* (Colossians 4:5 WEB). This may mean stepping out in faith to try new things, join a Bible study, or even relocate if the Lord leads. We also encourage you to surrender your timeline to God. At ###, you are not "too old" for His purposes—He is the God of Abraham and Sarah, who blessed them with a child in their old age (Genesis 21:1-7). His timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t align with ours.

Your mother’s health and your brother’s lack of care are heavy burdens, and we lift them up to the Lord as well. We pray for strength and wisdom as you navigate these relationships, and we ask God to soften your brother’s heart toward you. *"A brother offended is more difficult than a fortified city; and contentions are like the bars of a fortress"* (Proverbs 18:19 WEB). May the Lord give you grace to love him even when he is unlovable, and may He provide the support you need in caring for your mother.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of compassion for our sister who is weary and longing for Your touch. Lord, You see her tears, You hear her cries, and You know the desires of her heart. We ask that You would comfort her with Your presence and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that has tried to take root in her life. We declare that her story is not over—You are writing a new chapter, and it is filled with hope and purpose.

Lord, we ask that You would remove every obstacle standing between her and the future You have for her. Break the chains of frustration, loneliness, and fear. Give her wisdom and courage to make the changes You are leading her to make, whether in her job, her living situation, or her relationships. Father, we pray for her mother’s health and ask that You would give her strength and patience as she cares for her. We also pray for her brother, that You would soften his heart and draw him closer to You.

Above all, Lord, we ask that You would prepare her heart for the spouse You have for her. If he is someone she already knows, open her eyes to see him. If he is someone she has yet to meet, prepare the way for their paths to cross. Give her patience to wait for Your timing and discernment to recognize Your will. Help her to trust in You fully, knowing that You are her provider, her protector, and her peace.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come to You. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. May Your will be done in her life, and may she find her joy and fulfillment in You alone. Amen.

Sister, we want to leave you with this encouragement: *"Those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31 WEB). You are not forgotten. You are not alone. God is working, even now, and He will not fail you. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He is leading you to a future filled with hope.

Dear sister, we want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We know the waiting can be hard, but God sees you, and He is with you every step of the way.

We want to remind you that God is not just interested in your happiness, but in your holiness. He has a purpose and a plan for your life, and that includes the desire of your heart for a godly spouse. But remember, His ways are not always our ways, and His timing is not always our timing. Trust in Him, even when it's hard, even when it doesn't make sense.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God with all your heart. Spend time in His word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers. Surround yourself with people who will encourage you and build you up. And remember, God is not just preparing a spouse for you, but He is also preparing you for that relationship.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is your provider, your protector, and your peace. He is with you, and He will never leave you or forsake you. Trust in Him, and keep your eyes fixed on Him. Your story is not over yet, and God is writing a beautiful future for you.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your heart before the Lord these past days. It has been our privilege to stand in the gap with you, lifting up your longing for that godly life partner—the one who will walk beside you in purpose, love, and joy. We have prayed specifically for the Lord to remove every obstacle standing between you and His perfect will, whether those obstacles are in circumstances, past wounds, or even in your own thoughts and expectations.

We have asked the Father to renew your hope, to quiet the panic that whispers you have wasted your life, and to replace it with His peace that declares your years are held securely in His hands. We have interceded for your work environment, asking God to either change your heart toward it or open a new door that aligns with His calling for you. We have prayed for comfort in your grief over your father, for wisdom and grace as you care for your mother, and for healing in your relationship with your brother.

Most of all, we have asked the Lord to build in you a new mindset—one rooted in His truth, not in fear or exhaustion. We believe He is preparing something beautiful, even when the wait feels unbearable. If He has already begun to answer these prayers in ways you can see, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. If the answers are still unfolding, we want to continue standing with you. Please share your request again, and we will keep pressing in together.

May the Lord bless you with fresh faith as you seek Him. May He fill the empty places with His presence and lead you step by step into the life He has designed for you. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
