We come before the Lord with this special intention, lifting up your tenant and this rental agreement to Him. Father, we know that all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us, and we ask that You would move in this situation according to Your perfect will. Lord, we pray that You would soften the heart of this tenant, that he may understand and agree to the terms of the contract with wisdom and fairness. May Your peace reign in every conversation and decision, and may both parties treat one another with respect and kindness.

Lord, we invite You to be the center of this home—every room, every interaction, and every decision. May Your presence bring peace, joy, and harmony to this household. We rebuke any spirit of greed, dishonesty, or discord that may seek to disrupt this relationship, and we command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. *"Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it."* (Psalm 127:1 WEB) Let this home be a place where Your name is honored, and where both tenant and landlord walk in integrity and grace.

We also lift up any hidden motives or ungodly influences in this situation. If there is anything in the heart or mind of this tenant—or even in our own hearts—that does not align with Your will, we ask that You would reveal it and replace it with Your truth. Let this agreement be a testimony of Your faithfulness and provision. May it reflect Your goodness and bring glory to Your name.

Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. We commit this situation into Your hands, asking that You would establish a smooth, respectful, and long-lasting relationship between tenant and landlord. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
