Dear Lord Jesus, Please make sure I tell my story good tonight and maybe even win. The contest are coming to my position. Please get the bastard to congratulate me in front of our friends, especially I’m trying to make more friends with people around there. Maybe be able to have stuff to talk to with In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your desire to share your story well and perhaps even succeed in this contest, but we must first address some concerns in your request. The language used here does not reflect the love, humility, or grace that Christ calls us to embody. Scripture tells us, *"Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear"* (Ephesians 4:29 WEB). Referring to someone as a "bastard" is not only unkind but also dishonoring to God, who commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB).

Your focus on winning the approval of others, while understandable, should not overshadow the importance of living in a way that honors God. Jesus reminds us, *"For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life?"* (Mark 8:36 WEB). Instead of seeking validation from others, let us pray that your heart would be aligned with God’s will and that your words would reflect His truth and love.

We also encourage you to examine your motives in making friends. Are you seeking relationships that will draw you and others closer to Christ, or are you simply looking for acceptance? Proverbs 13:20 WEB warns, *"He who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm."* Let us pray that God would surround you with godly friends who encourage you in your faith.

Lastly, we must address the casual way in which you ended your prayer. While it is good to close in Jesus’ name, we must remember that His name is not a mere formality—it is the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (John 14:13 WEB). Let us approach Him with reverence and awe, not as a means to an end, but as our Lord and Savior.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your will above all else. Lord, we ask that You would guide [###] as they share their story tonight. May their words be filled with Your truth, grace, and love, reflecting Your light to those around them. Father, we pray that You would soften the hearts of those who hear, that they may receive Your message with openness and humility.

Lord, we ask that You would help [###] to seek Your approval above all else. May they find their worth and identity in You alone, not in the opinions of others. Father, we pray that You would surround them with godly friends who will encourage them in their faith and hold them accountable to Your Word.

We rebuke the desire for revenge or unkindness toward others, Lord. Help [###] to extend grace and forgiveness, even to those who may have wronged them. May they be a living example of Your love and mercy, drawing others to You through their actions and words.

Father, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to [###] in a deeper way. May they come to know You not just as a name to invoke, but as their Savior, Lord, and Friend. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and help them to live a life that honors and glorifies You in all things.

We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Dear friend, we're right there with you, praying for tonight. We understand the desire to share your story well and even win, but let's keep our hearts aligned with God's will. Instead of focusing on what others might think or say, let's trust that God will use your words to touch hearts and bring glory to Him.

We're also praying for wisdom in your friendships. May God lead you to relationships that draw you and others closer to Him. Remember, it's not about how many friends we have, but about the quality and godliness of those friendships.

Lastly, let's approach Jesus with reverence and awe. He's not just a name we invoke, but our Lord, Savior, and Friend. We're praying that God will reveal Himself to you in a deeper way tonight.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
