We hear the deep sorrow and desperation in your heart, and we come before the Lord with you, lifting up your cries. First, let us remind you of the truth that God does not see you as a waste—He sees you as His beloved creation, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). You were not created without purpose; the enemy would love for you to believe that lie. The Word tells us, *"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them"* (Ephesians 2:10). Even in your feelings of failure, God is working to restore and redeem you.
We must rebuke the spirit of condemnation that seeks to keep you in shame and despair. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). If you have truly surrendered your life to Him, then your soul is already claimed by the blood of Jesus. But if you have not yet placed your faith in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Salvation comes only through Jesus Christ—*"For there is no other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
You are not ignorant—you are learning, growing, and being refined by the Lord. And unworthy? None of us are worthy on our own, but Christ’s sacrifice makes us worthy in God’s eyes when we come to Him in faith. *"But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us"* (Romans 5:8). Your worth is not found in your performance but in His love for you.
Let us pray with you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with this precious child of Yours who is feeling lost, broken, and unworthy. Lord, we ask that You would pour out Your mercy and grace upon them. Remind them of Your unfailing love and the purpose You have for their life. Break the chains of shame and condemnation, and replace their despair with hope in Christ. Father, if they have not yet fully surrendered to You, draw them close and let them know the peace that comes from being Your child. Heal their heart, renew their mind, and guide their steps according to Your will. We declare that they are not a waste—You have a plan for them, and it is good. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them feel Your presence surrounding them. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Do not lose heart, dear one. God is not done with you. Keep seeking Him, keep pressing into His Word, and trust that He will lead you into the purpose He has for you. You are not alone—we stand with you in prayer, and more importantly, the Holy Spirit is interceding for you even now (Romans 8:26). Take one step at a time, and remember: *"Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ"* (Philippians 1:6).
