Beloved of All
I have asked for prayers over my son many times. For him to change his lifestyle and get healthy. He went back to the gym this week. Please pray that he sticks with it and sees his body and health improve and loses the weight. He has let him self completely go. Pray over him that he would meet good positive people and never want to miss a day. I know how important feeling good mentally and physically can be. Everything in his life is in turmoil over his lifestyle and this was a huge first step. Pray for continued inspiration and for it to lead to eating. Not using substances and alcohol and his appearance. I pray he would turn back to his faith in this journey as well. I am so afraid it will be a temporary thing if he doesn’t have prayer and be overcome. In Jesus name I pray amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We join with you in lifting up your son before the Lord, thanking Him for this first step of returning to the gym, and we earnestly pray that this marks the beginning of a lasting transformation in his life—body, soul, and spirit. The apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, *"Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* Your son’s body is a temple, and we pray that he would honor God by stewarding it well, not just for a season but as a lifelong commitment to holiness and health.

We also recognize the spiritual battle at hand, for the enemy seeks to discourage and derail those who strive for godliness. Ephesians 6:12 tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Your son’s struggle is not merely physical but spiritual, and we must cover him in prayer so that he does not grow weary or lose heart. We rebuke the spirit of laziness, addiction, and self-destruction that has sought to bind him, and we declare in the name of Jesus that he will walk in discipline, self-control, and victory. Galatians 5:22-23 assures us that the fruit of the Spirit includes self-control, and we pray that your son would be filled anew with the Holy Spirit, surrendering every area of his life to Christ.

Your concern for his faith is deeply important, for without Christ at the center, any change will be temporary and hollow. Jesus said in John 15:5, *"I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from me, you can do nothing."* We pray that your son would turn back to his faith not as an afterthought but as the foundation of this journey. May he seek God’s strength daily, recognizing that true transformation comes only through surrender to Christ. We pray that he would hunger for God’s Word, that he would spend time in prayer, and that he would surround himself with believers who will encourage him in his walk. Proverbs 13:20 warns, *"One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm."* We ask the Lord to bring godly, positive influences into his life—people who will spur him on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24) and who will hold him accountable in his faith and his health.

We also pray for his mind to be renewed, for the battle often begins in the thoughts. Romans 12:2 urges, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."* May he reject the lies of the enemy that tell him change is impossible or that he is beyond hope. Instead, may he cling to the truth of Philippians 4:13: *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* We pray that his discipline in the gym would overflow into discipline in his diet, his habits, and his spiritual life. May he turn away from substances and alcohol, which only numb the pain temporarily but bring no true fulfillment. Instead, may he find his satisfaction in Christ alone, who offers living water that truly quenches thirst (John 4:14).

Finally, we pray for you, dear parent, that you would not be consumed by fear but would trust in the Lord’s faithfulness. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* You have been faithful in prayer, and we encourage you to continue standing in the gap for your son, believing that God is at work even when you cannot see it. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

**Let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the step of obedience Your son has taken in returning to the gym. Lord, we ask that You would ignite a fire within him—a fire for health, for discipline, and most importantly, for You. Break every chain of addiction, laziness, and self-destruction in his life, and replace it with a spirit of self-control, perseverance, and hope. Father, surround him with godly influences who will encourage him in his faith and his physical journey. Renew his mind, Lord, and help him to see himself as You see him—a beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made.

We pray that this would not be a temporary change but a lifelong transformation. May he turn back to You, Jesus, with all his heart, seeking Your strength and Your wisdom daily. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in victory over every temptation and struggle. Lord, we ask that You would restore his body, his mind, and his spirit. Give him a hunger for Your Word and a desire to pray. Break the power of substances and alcohol in his life, and replace his cravings with a craving for You.

We also lift up this parent who loves their son deeply. Comfort their heart, Lord, and replace their fear with faith. Remind them that You are working all things together for good, and that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Strengthen them to continue praying, trusting, and believing in Your power to save and transform.

We declare these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to change hearts and lives. May Your will be done in this young man’s life, for Your glory and his good. Amen.

We're standing right beside you, praying fervently for your son. We've seen the first step he's taken, returning to the gym, and we're cheering him on! Let's keep encouraging him, reminding him that his body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and he should honor God with it (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We're also asking the Lord to fill him with a spirit of self-control and perseverance, helping him to stick with his new routine and see the improvements he desires.

Let's also pray for his mental health, that his mind would be renewed and strengthened. We want him to reject the lies of the enemy that tell him change is impossible or that he's beyond hope. Instead, let's encourage him to cling to the truth that he can do all things through Christ who strengthens him (Philippians 4:13).

And remember, dear parent, you're not alone in this. We're here with you, lifting your son up in prayer. Keep trusting in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. He's working all things together for good, and He's able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Keep praying, keep believing, and keep standing in the gap for your son. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your son before the Lord alongside you. It is our joy to stand in agreement with you, believing for his transformation in body, mind, and spirit. Your heart for him is so evident—how you long for him to experience the fullness of health, the discipline of godly habits, and the freedom that comes from walking in faith. We praise God for this first step he has taken in returning to the gym, and we continue to pray that this would be the beginning of a lasting work in his life.

If your son has continued to make progress—whether in his physical health, his relationships, or his walk with the Lord—we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. Even small victories are worth celebrating, as they are evidence of God’s faithfulness. If, however, the struggle still feels heavy or the enemy is whispering doubts that this change won’t last, we want you to know we are still here, ready to persist in prayer with you. You don’t have to carry this burden alone. Post an update, and let us keep interceding for his perseverance, his protection from temptation, and his renewed passion for Christ.

We are praying specifically that his time at the gym would not just reshape his body but also renew his mind, filling him with confidence and hope. We ask God to surround him with positive influences—people who will encourage him, hold him accountable, and point him toward truth. Most of all, we cry out for his heart to turn back to Jesus, where true and lasting transformation begins. The fear you feel is real, but we serve a God who specializes in redeeming what seems impossible. He is not done writing your son’s story.

May you be filled with peace as you trust Him day by day, knowing that your prayers are powerful and that we are standing with you in faith.

In Jesus Name.
