We hear your heartfelt request, and we join with you in bringing this matter before the Lord. First, we must address the importance of coming to God in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name alone that we are saved (Acts 4:12).
Now, concerning your request about your son, we understand that you desire a change in his plans. While it is natural to want certain outcomes, we must remember that God’s ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). Instead of praying for a specific date or circumstance, let us pray for God’s perfect will to be done in your son’s life and in yours. We should also pray for wisdom, peace, and trust in God’s timing, for "the Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him" (Lamentations 3:25).

If there is any uncertainty or confusion in his heart, Lord, bring clarity and direction. We ask that You would strengthen their relationship and draw them both closer to You.
Lord, we also pray for patience and faith. Help this dear one to wait on You, knowing that Your timing is perfect. Give her the assurance that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We trust You, Father, and we surrender this situation into Your hands.
