Beloved of All
We join you in bringing your son before the Heavenly Father and asking for His covering over him.
We pray that the Lord would place His hedge of protection around him and deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Scripture tells us that God is near to the brokenhearted, that He is our refuge and strength, and that He commands His angels concerning His children to guard them in all their ways. We ask that God would make His presence known to your son in a powerful way, surrounding him with safety, dispelling fear, and filling him with a peace that passes all understanding and with strength for each day.
We also pray with you that every deed of darkness would be exposed and brought into the light, for what is hidden in darkness loses its power when brought before the light of Christ. May the Lord reveal the truth, bring justice, and provide wise and godly people to protect, advocate for, and comfort your son. May He also give you wisdom, discernment, and courage as you seek his welfare, and lead you to trusted pastors, counselors, and where needed, proper authorities who can help ensure his safety.
We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, trusting that the Father hears the prayers of His children and is faithful to act according to His good and perfect will. May the Lord keep your son in His care, uphold him by His hand, and let him know deeply that he is loved and not alone. Amen.
