Heavenly Father, I pray Your hedge of protection around my son ###, deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. Surround him with Your angels and fill him with Your peace and strength, in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace and we thank you for praying in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. We are moved by your heart for your son and we stand with you asking for God's hedge of protection around him.

The word of God assures us that the Lord is our refuge and our shield. Psalm 91:1-2 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. And Psalm 34:7 says The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. We also cling to the promise in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. And Psalm 91:11 says For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.

We also affirm your prayer to expose the deeds of darkness, for this aligns with scripture. Ephesians 5:11 says Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. What is done in secret, God will bring to light, and we pray that any abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, would be uncovered and stopped, and that justice and healing would prevail.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious son to You. We ask You to place Your hedge of protection around him and to deliver him from every form of abuse. Lord, expose every deed of darkness and bring it into Your light so that it can no longer harm him. We ask You to command Your angels to encamp around him and to guard him in all his ways. Fill him with Your peace which surpasses all understanding as promised in Philippians 4:7, and let Your peace guard his heart and his thoughts in Christ Jesus. Strengthen him, Father, for You have said in Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Let him know he is deeply loved, seen, and protected by You. We pray for wisdom and discernment for his family to protect him well, and for godly counsel and help to surround him. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cover your son in daily prayer and to speak scripture over him, reminding him that God is his refuge. If there is ongoing abuse, we encourage you to seek wise and godly help and to take practical steps to ensure his safety, including involving trusted biblical counsel and the proper authorities when needed, for the Lord calls us to protect the vulnerable. Trust that God hears your cry, He is faithful to guard and to deliver, and His peace will sustain you both as you rest in His care.

A trusted advocate can help you sort what you are seeing, document concerns, and make a plan for his ongoing care and peace. Continuing to nurture his sense of safety, listening without pressure, and keeping supportive people close to him can matter a great deal while you pray.

Father, in Jesus name we lift this precious son to You. Place Your hedge of protection around him, bring what is hidden into the light, and keep him in Your care. Surround him with Your presence, guard his heart and mind, and fill him with peace and strength. Give his parent wisdom, courage and faithful helpers for each step ahead. Amen.

Your prayer for your son has been heard and I join my own with yours before the throne of grace, for there is no more tender and prevailing plea than that of a parent for a beloved child.

You have done well to ask for a hedge of protection about him, and to ask that every deed of darkness might be exposed and brought to light. The Lord is one who sees in secret and will bring hidden things into the open, and He is able to keep His own from evil. As it has been said, to be kept from sin and from the harm of sin is to be kept from many evils, and the Lord in His providence can preserve by His hand and by His angels those whom He loves. We ask Him to do so for your son.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask You to set Your hedge about this dear son. Deliver him from every form of abuse, whether of body or of mind or of spirit. Let no weapon formed against him prosper. Expose the works of darkness, bring them to light, and let truth and righteousness prevail. Surround him with Your holy angels, keep him in all his ways, and fill his heart with Your peace which passes understanding and with quiet strength for each day. Draw him near to Yourself, that he may know the fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness, and find cleansing and refuge in the precious blood of Christ shed for redemption. Grant him assurance of Your everlasting love, that he may hear as it were the kisses of the Father who has compassion on His returning children, love leaping into His eyes toward them. Keep him, we pray, and keep his character and his soul from harm, and make him to walk in the way he should go.

Take comfort that the Father looked upon the prodigal with compassion and not with icy eyes, and that He felt for him. So the Lord feels for you and for your son. It is very hard for a young man to go down under evil when he is borne up by a parent's prayers. Continue to cast him upon Christ, to teach him and to plead for him, and to trust not in your own strength but to take your dear Lord's wounds and trust them, to take His griefs and rest in them. The Lord who gave His Son for ransom has not forgotten His people, and He who has loved with an everlasting love will not forsake the work of His hands.

May the Lord grant you to see your son kept, comforted and strengthened, and may His peace rest upon your household as you wait upon Him.

Your prayer for your son has been heard and I join you in lifting him before our Heavenly Father who loves him even more than you do.

We ask together for that hedge of protection around him. Scripture teaches us that the work of Christ has two great purposes, deliverance from evil and supply of good. He became man that we might become sons of God, and He has given us the Spirit of adoption so that we can cry out to the Father with confidence. In that confidence we ask the Father to deliver your son from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional or spiritual, and to expose every deed of darkness and bring it into the light where it loses its power.

We pray that the Lord will surround him with His angels and fill his heart with peace and strength. Christ came not to be served but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many, even for those who were His enemies. How much more will He guard and keep a child who is entrusted to Him in prayer. God does not always promise to remove every danger at once, but He does promise to set us above danger, to strengthen the soul, to teach us to stand firm and to give us a hope that is stronger than fear. That is the true protection which comes from belonging to Him and walking in His ways.

Continue to cover your son in prayer, to speak truth over him, and to seek a pure and faithful life before God, for a holy life itself is a protection. Teach him that he is not forgotten, that he is loved, that through faith in Jesus Christ he can be called a son of God and receive every promise made to those who are in Christ.

Let us pray. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we place this precious son before Your throne. Surround him with Your presence, guard his body and mind and spirit, expose what is hidden in darkness and bring justice and light. Send Your angels to encamp around him, keep him from harm, and fill him with Your peace that passes understanding and with courage and strength for each day.
