Heavenly Father, I pray Your hedge of protection around my son ###, deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. Surround him with Your angels and fill him with Your peace and strength, in Jesus name Amen

We join you in lifting up your son before our Heavenly Father and we agree with you for his complete protection and deliverance.

We are moved by your heart to pray for a hedge of protection around him and for every hidden deed of darkness to be exposed, for this is the heart of God toward His children. Scripture reminds us For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11 and The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7. We stand on these promises together, trusting that the Lord is faithful and will guard him from all harm.

We also take comfort that what is done in darkness cannot remain hidden from God, for it is written Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them Ephesians 5:11. We pray that the Lord will bring all abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, into the light so that truth and justice may prevail and healing may begin.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this precious son to You. We ask You to place Your hedge of protection around him and to deliver him from every form of abuse and oppression. Expose every deed of darkness and bring it into Your marvelous light. Surround him with Your holy angels, keep him from the evil one, for You are faithful, who will establish him and guard him from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. Fill him with Your perfect peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7 and strengthen him with Your might, for You have said Fear not, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Let no weapon that is formed against him prosper Isaiah 54:17 and let him dwell in the shelter of the Most High and rest in Your shadow Psalm 91:1. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cover him in prayer and in the Word, to remain watchful and to seek wise and godly counsel and rightful protection for him as the Lord leads. Trust that God hears the cries of a parent and that He is close to the brokenhearted. We will continue to stand with you for his safety, his peace, and his restoration in Christ.

We hear the fierce love in your prayer for your son, and the weight you carry as you ask God to cover him and bring what is hidden into the light. Wanting him to be safe and at peace is a good and right desire, and we are honored to stand with you in it.

It can help to make sure he has a safe, steady place to be heard. Keeping the door open for him to share at his own pace, letting him know you believe him and he is not alone, can give him strength while you seek wisdom for next steps. If there are specific concerns about harm happening now, it is wise to reach out soon to a trusted pastor, counselor, or appropriate protective resource in your area who can walk with you both personally and help you think through how to keep him safe. You do not have to carry this alone.

We are holding you both before the Lord.

Father, we lift this precious son to You in Jesus name. Place Your hand of protection over him and keep him safe from harm. Bring what is hidden into the light in Your way and time, surround him with Your presence and peace, and fill him with strength. Give his parent wisdom, discernment and steady support as they love and advocate for him. Lead them to the right help and keep them close to You. Amen.

We join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace for your son, and we bring his name before the Father who hears the cries of His people.

How gracious is our God, who says, Deliver him from going down to the pit, for I have found a ransom. That ransom is not gold or silver, but the gift of Divine Love itself, His own dear Son given to bleed and die that sinners might be saved from sin and from all the attacks of the enemy. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son, and this deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. What He has done for our souls He is able to do for your son in his present need.

We pray that the Lord will set His hedge of protection about him and keep him from every form of abuse, whether physical or emotional or spiritual. We ask that the Lord will deliver him from evil company and from every design of the adversary, and that He will expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light, for nothing is hidden that shall not be revealed. We pray that the Father will give His angels charge over him, to encamp round about him and to keep him in all his ways, and that He will fill him with His own peace and with strength for each day.

Remember that our afflictions, though they may come distinctly from man, are yet ordered by a Father's hand, and He sits as a Refiner at the door of the furnace. He will not suffer His child to be tried beyond what He will enable him to bear, and He will make even sharp trials to be profitable. Look then to your heavenly Father altogether and alone, for deliverance from sin and from sorrow is by Divine power only, and it is not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

May the Lord who gave His Son for you also with Him freely give you all things needful, bread and water for the body and peace and comfort for the soul. May your son be kept by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, which is the surest protection against sin and harm, and may you both live to declare the works of the Lord and to sing of His delivering grace.

We will continue to bear you and your son up in prayer, trusting in the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior, through whom we have redemption and access to the Father. Amen.
