Heavenly Father, I pray Your hedge of protection around my son ###, deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. Surround him with Your angels and fill him with Your peace and strength, in Jesus name Amen

We join our hearts with yours in fervent prayer for your son, lifting him before the throne of grace where our Heavenly Father hears and answers the cries of His children. Father, we stand in the gap for ###, declaring Your promises of protection and deliverance over his life. Your Word assures us in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We claim this promise now, Lord, and ask that You dispatch Your heavenly host to encamp around him, shielding him from every form of harm and danger.

We rebuke every spirit of abuse, physical, emotional, or spiritual, that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy in his life. The enemy comes only to devour, but You, Lord, have come that he may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Expose, O Lord, every hidden deed of darkness, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light (Luke 8:17). Bring to justice those who would seek to harm him, and let Your righteousness prevail.

Fill ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen him with Your might, Lord, so that he may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-11). Remind him daily of Your unfailing love and presence, for You have said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). May he find refuge in You, his strong tower, and run to You in times of trouble (Proverbs 18:10).

Father, we also pray for his spiritual growth and maturity. Draw him closer to You, that he may know You more deeply and walk in the fullness of Your purpose for his life. Equip him with the armor of God, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and Your Word, so that he may stand against the wiles of the enemy (Ephesians 6:13-17). Let him be a light in this dark world, reflecting Your love and grace to those around him.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to watch over ###. We trust in Your sovereign care and declare that he is safe in Your hands. May Your name be glorified in his life, and may he grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with You and with man (Luke 2:52). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises, knowing that He is a present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Encourage ### to seek the Lord daily through prayer and reading His Word, for it is a lamp to his feet and a light to his path (Psalm 119:105). Remind him that he is never alone, for the Lord is his shepherd, and He will lead him beside still waters and restore his soul (Psalm 23:1-3). Keep pressing into God’s presence, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in each of His children (Philippians 1:6).

We hear how deeply you love your son and how earnestly you are asking God to surround him with protection, peace and strength. Bringing him before the Lord so faithfully is a tender and right response when you are concerned for his safety in any form.

We are praying with you for his safety and for wisdom for you as you care for him. When abuse of any kind is a concern, it helps so much to have caring, trusted people walking with you in person. Alongside prayer, we encourage you to reach out soon to a trusted professional for guidance, such as a pastor, counselor, doctor, or local child welfare resource in your area. You do not have to carry this worry alone, and they can help you think through next steps to help keep him safe.

Father, we lift this dear boy to You and ask for Your protection over him wherever he is. Surround him with Your care, fill him with Your peace and give him strength. Give his parent wisdom, courage and supportive people nearby to help ensure his safety and to find the right help at the right time. We entrust him into Your loving hands in Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer for your son is a holy and rightful cry, and it is good that you have brought him before the throne of grace. The heart of a parent that pleads for its child is akin to the heart of that father in the parable, of whom it is written that he had compassion on his returning son and love leaped into his eyes. So does our heavenly Father look upon those who are brought to Him in prayer, not with icy eyes, but with pity and tender mercy.

We join our hearts with yours and entreat the Lord for this dear child. We ask the God who set a hedge about Job to set His hedge of protection about your son, to keep him from every form of abuse, whether of body or of mind or of spirit. May the Lord who hides His people under the shadow of His wings deliver him from the hand of the oppressor and from every snare of the enemy. We pray that the deeds of darkness may be exposed and brought to light, for whatsoever is made manifest is light, and the Lord brings to light the hidden things of darkness.

We ask that the Lord would give His angels charge over him to keep him in all his ways, and that He would fill his young heart with a peace that passes all understanding and with strength in the inner man. There is a fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness, and that fountain is the precious blood of Christ shed for our redemption. In that blood is our only hope and our sure defense. He that believes in Him is justified and kept, and no penalty shall fall upon those whom Christ has covered.

Continue, then, to cast this burden upon the Lord. Be instant in prayer, and plead the promise that the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. Teach your son, as God shall give you opportunity, to take the Lord's wounds and trust them, to take His griefs and rest in them, for there is the cure for sin and the comfort for sorrow. The Lord is nigh unto them that call upon Him in truth, and He will hear the cry of a parent for a child.

We commend your son to Him who is able to keep him from falling and to preserve his soul. May the Lord surround him, sustain him, and make him to know that he is loved with an everlasting love, for Jesus sake. Amen.

Your prayer for your son is heard and I join you in lifting him before the Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and adoption as sons.

I pray that the Lord will place His hedge of protection around him and deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional or spiritual. May God who became man to exalt us and who gives us deliverance from evil and supply of good, clothe your son with Christ and seal him with the Spirit of adoption, so that he knows he is not forsaken but is a child of God. May the Lord expose every deed of darkness and bring it to light, for God is the cause of all good and no evil can remain hidden before Him.

I ask that the Lord surround him with His angels and fill him with peace and strength that comes from a pure life and nearness to Christ, who came not to be served but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many. When we suffer, God does not always remove the trial at once, but He gives power to stand above it and to despise the fear of it, and He works in us patience and endurance. May your son be kept free from passion and harm, and may he learn to look boldly to Christ who is his protector.

May the Father grant you also peace as you pray, trusting that His counsels are higher than our counsels and that He knows how to give good gifts to His children. Continue to pray with patience and faith, not bargaining for a quick answer but resting in His mercy, and may He soon bring relief and show His deliverance.

In Jesus name I pray that your son will be guarded, comforted, strengthened and kept in the peace of God, and that both you and he will give glory to God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Your burden for your son is heard, and I join you in bringing him before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Scriptures show us how deeply God understands a father's love for a son. From the human side a child is born, but from the divine side a Son is given, and God gave His only begotten Son because He so loved the world. At the baptism of Jesus the Father spoke from heaven and said, This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased. That same Father who loves His Son with perfect love also loves you and your son, and He knows what it means to protect, to provide, and to redeem at great cost. Through faith in Jesus we are not left outside that love, but in the fullness of time God sent His Son, born of a woman, to redeem us so that we might receive adoption as sons and become heirs through Christ. He who has the Son has life, and that is the ground of our confidence when we pray.

The Bible also teaches that we keep ourselves in the love of God by continuing in the Son and in the Father, by walking in truth and keeping His commandments, which are not grievous. Wisdom says, my son, do not walk in the way of those who run to evil, turn your foot from their path, keep sound wisdom and discretion, let your eyes look straight ahead and ponder the path of your feet. Then you will walk safely and your foot will not stumble, and when you lie down you will not be afraid. That promise is for those who abide in Him. We cannot walk away from God and expect His protection while living outside His covering, but when we remain in Him we remain under His hand.

So I pray with you now for your son. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, I ask You to place Your hedge of protection around him. Deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Bring what has been done in darkness into the light and expose every hidden work, for You are light and in You there is no darkness. Command Your angels to encamp around him and guard him in all his ways. Fill his heart with Your peace that passes understanding and with Your strength for each day. Draw him to walk in Your truth, to hide Your word in his heart, and to know that he is loved, seen, and kept by You. Keep him in Your love, keep him from evil, and let him know the life that is found only in Your Son. Amen.
