We join our hearts with yours in fervent prayer for your son, lifting him up before the throne of grace. Heavenly Father, we come before You with deep concern and trust in Your mighty protection. Your Word assures us in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We claim this promise over , asking that You dispatch Your heavenly hosts to encamp around him, shielding him from every form of harm, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Lord, we ask that You expose every hidden work of darkness that seeks to harm him. Ephesians 5:11 reminds us, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them." We pray that any schemes of the enemy against would be brought into the light, that justice would prevail, and that those who seek to harm him would be thwarted by Your mighty hand. Deliver him, O Lord, from every snare and trap set before him, and let Your truth be a lamp to his feet and a light to his path (Psalm 119:105).
Father, we also pray for ’s heart and mind. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and strengthen him with Your might (Ephesians 3:16). Let him know that he is never alone, for You are with him always (Matthew 28:20). Surround him with godly influences, mentors, friends, and leaders who will speak life, truth, and encouragement into his life. Guard his mind from fear, anxiety, and despair, and let him walk in the confidence of Your love and protection.
We rebuke every spirit of abuse, oppression, or fear that may be targeting . In the name of Jesus, we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that he is covered by the blood of Christ, which cleanses him from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7). We stand in the gap for him, Lord, and ask that You would go before him, behind him, and beside him in every area of his life.
Father, we also lift up his faith. If he does not yet know You personally, we pray that he would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Draw him to Yourself, Lord, and let him experience the depth of Your love and the power of Your salvation. If he already walks with You, strengthen his faith and let him be a light in this dark world, reflecting Your glory.
We trust in Your unfailing love, O Lord, and we commit into Your care. May he grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with You and with man (Luke 2:52). Thank You for hearing our prayer, for You are faithful and just. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
