We’re standing with you in this, lifting up your son with hearts full of faith and a deep longing for his safety. There’s something so tender about seeing a parent’s love for their child, it breaks our hearts to consider any harm that might threaten him, but we’re trusting God to move in mighty ways.
We’re praying that your son would feel the weight of God’s presence like a shield around him, not just as a distant promise but as a tangible peace that settles into his soul. Let him experience the kind of security that only comes from knowing his Father is watching over him, even in the unseen places. We’re asking for a supernatural sense of protection to wrap around him, like a cloud of witnesses, like a fortress of love, so that no matter what he faces, he’d know he’s not alone.
And to the abusers, to the darkness that would seek to harm him, we’re declaring that their schemes are being dismantled by the light of Christ. May their plans be exposed, their intentions turned to ash, and their power rendered useless. We’re praying for justice to rise up, for truth to break through, and for every lie that’s been whispered to him to be replaced with the truth of God’s love.
We’re also praying for you, as his parent. You’re carrying so much love and concern, may you feel God’s strength in those moments when fear tries to creep in. May you see clearly, speak boldly when needed, and trust that God is working even in the things you can’t see. And as you pour into him, may your home become a place where his faith is nurtured, his heart is safe, and he learns to walk in the fullness of God’s promises.
We’re declaring over him that he is covered, covered by the blood of Jesus, by the angels of God, by the peace that guards his heart and mind. No weapon formed against him shall stand, and every attack will be turned back. He is blessed, and we’re watching in wonder as God moves on his behalf.
In Jesus’ name, we’re praying it’s so.
