We join you in lifting up your son to our Heavenly Father, standing in agreement for his protection and deliverance. The Bible assures us in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We declare this promise over your son, that God’s angels are encamped around him, shielding him from all forms of harm and abuse.
Father, we also pray for the exposure of every hidden work of darkness that may seek to harm him. Ephesians 5:11 reminds us, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them." We ask You, Lord, to bring to light any schemes of the enemy, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, so that they may be dismantled and destroyed in the mighty name of Jesus. Let no weapon formed against your son prosper, as Your Word declares in Isaiah 54:17.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, or oppression that may try to take root in his life. Instead, we pray that Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Fill him with Your strength, Lord, so that he may stand firm in the face of adversity, knowing that You are his refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).
Father, we also ask that You would draw your son closer to You, that he may know You as his Savior and Lord if he does not already. For it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If he has not yet surrendered his life to Jesus, we pray that You would soften his heart and reveal Your love to him. Let him experience the transformative power of Your grace and the assurance of salvation found only in Christ.
We stand on the authority of Jesus’ name, for it is the name above every name, and at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow (Philippians 2:9-10). We declare that your son is covered by the blood of Jesus, protected by the power of the Holy Spirit, and surrounded by Your heavenly hosts. Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to watch over him. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
