We lift up this precious son before the throne of grace, joining our hearts with this earnest prayer for his protection. Heavenly Father, we stand in agreement with this mother’s plea, asking that You indeed place Your hedge of protection around her son. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we ask that You deliver him from every form of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual—just as You delivered David from the hand of Saul and Daniel from the lions’ den. Expose every deed of darkness that seeks to harm him, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor secret that will not be known (Luke 8:17). Let Your light shine into every corner of his life, scattering the shadows of fear, deception, and harm.
We command every spirit of abuse, oppression, or trauma to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy has no authority over this young man, for he is covered by the blood of Christ and sealed by the Holy Spirit. We pray that You surround him with Your holy angels, who encamp around those who fear You (Psalm 34:7). Let him walk in the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Fill him with Your strength, Lord, so that he may rise above every challenge and stand firm in his identity as Your beloved child.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for his mother and all who care for him. Give them the courage to speak up and act when necessary, and the grace to trust You even when the path is unclear. We rebuke any spirit of fear or helplessness that may try to take root in their hearts, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
We thank You, Lord, that You are a refuge and a fortress, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that this son is safe in Your hands, and we trust You to keep him under the shadow of Your wings. May he grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:52). We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
