Your life is precious to God, and He has a purpose for you, even in this season of struggle. **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)** declares, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Suicide is not the answer; it is a permanent solution to temporary problems, and it grieves the heart of God. Instead, we urge you to cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**). If you are in immediate danger, reach out to a trusted believer or pastor for support—you do not have to walk this path alone.
Now, let us speak to the struggles with your son. It is heartbreaking when our children do not walk in the way they should, but we must remember that we are called to train them up in the Lord, even when they resist. **Proverbs 22:6 (WEB)** says, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* This is not a guarantee of immediate obedience but a promise that godly instruction will bear fruit in time.
