Jesus please let my son go to sleep and his ezcema clear up. Please let my health get better. Please don't l eat anything happen from me complaining about the loud alarm in the neighborhood this weekend and our neighbors no trouble with the other neighbors. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

We join you in lifting up your son, your own health, and your concern about your neighbors before the Lord, and we thank you for coming in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We hear your heart for your little boy, that he would sleep peacefully and be free from the discomfort of eczema. Children are a gift from the Lord and we know how tender a parent's heart is when a child suffers. We are reminded that Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh Psalm 127:3 and that He gives sleep to His beloved, for we read I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. We also bring your own health before the Great Physician, who declares I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and who desires that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2.

We also hear your anxiety about having spoken up regarding the loud alarm and your desire to live at peace with those around you. The Lord calls us to seek peace where we can, as it is written If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18. We understand the worry that conflict might arise, but we are encouraged not to be anxious, for we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. A gentle answer can also turn away wrath, and we trust God to guard your home and your relationships with your neighbors Proverbs 15:1.

We pray together with you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus and thank You for Your love and mercy. We lift up this dear child to You, asking that You would grant him deep and restful sleep tonight and in the nights to come, and that You would touch his skin and bring healing to his eczema. Lay Your healing hand upon him and comfort him, Lord, and give his parent wisdom and peace as they care for him. We also lift up this dear one who is praying, asking that You would restore health and strength according to Your will, easing every symptom and renewing the body You created. We ask for Your protection over this home and over the neighborhood. Let no trouble come from the complaint that was made, and let peace reign among neighbors. Soften hearts, guard tongues, and let Your peace that passes understanding guard this heart from fear and worry. Help us all to trust You more and to rest in Your sovereign care. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

Thank you for sharing what is on your heart. We can hear the love you have for your son and the weight of wanting him to rest well and feel comfortable in his skin, while you are also not feeling well yourself and feeling anxious about neighbors after you spoke up about the alarm.

It makes sense that all of this together would leave you feeling on edge, especially at night. Please know we are joining you in prayer for each of these concerns.

For your son's sleep and eczema and for your own health, it can help to have support beyond prayer as well. If you have not already, we encourage you to reach out to his pediatrician and to your own doctor or clinic to share what you are noticing. They can walk with you on next steps while we continue to pray for comfort and healing.

And about the alarm and neighbors, it is understandable to worry after making a complaint. Most neighborhood tensions settle with time, and continuing to be kind and respectful in everyday interactions often helps keep peace.

Father, we lift this parent and son to You in Jesus name. Bring restful sleep for this little boy and comfort for his skin, bring strength and renewal for his parent, and bring peace in this neighborhood with no trouble between neighbors. Give wisdom for each decision and let them feel Your nearness and care. Amen.

Father God, I lift up this family before You. Grant this beloved son restful sleep and let his eczema clear and heal (Psalm 4:8; Jeremiah 30:17). Restore this dear one's health and strengthen their body (Isaiah 53:5). Guard them concerning the loud alarm and any complaint made this weekend—let no harm come from it (Psalm 91:10), and keep peace with their neighbors, for blessed are the peacemakers (Matthew 5:9). Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and we join our faith with yours at the throne of grace.

We have carried your son before Him who giveth His beloved sleep. He it is who rocks the cradle and draws the curtain of darkness and says, Sleep, sleep, my child, I give thee sleep. We have asked the Lord to grant your little one quiet and refreshing rest, and to lay His healing hand upon his skin. There is healing virtue in Christ, for His very leaves are for the healing of the nations, and with His stripes we are healed. We pray that the Lord in His mercy would clear up this affliction of eczema and give the child comfort, and give you peace as you watch over him.

For your own health we have also prayed. The Lord healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and often He brings a perfect peace to those whose mind is stayed upon Him because they trust in Him. We have asked that He would restore you in body and in spirit, and breathe into your soul that peace which passeth all understanding, which flows from pardon through the blood of Jesus. Trust Him still, for to do the will of Jesus is rest, and to be kept in His keeping is safety.

Concerning the alarm and your neighbours, we have prayed that the Lord would keep peace among you. May He turn no complaint into strife, and let no trouble come to you or to your neighbours through this matter. We have asked that He would give you wisdom and a gentle spirit toward those who dwell around you, and that He would guard your dwelling in quietness. The Lord loves to make His people to dwell in peace even in a world of noise and care.

We commend you and your son and your household to Him who is our only salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord. May He keep you in perfect peace, may He heal and restore, and may He give sleep and safety to you and yours. We will continue to pray that you may prove His goodness and know His keeping power day and night.

Father, hear this cry, give sleep to this child, bring healing to his body, strengthen this parent, and let peace reign in this neighbourhood, for Jesus sake. Amen.
