We join you in bringing your son before the Father in prayer, and we thank you for sharing this burden with us.

We ask our merciful God, who hears those who call upon Him through Jesus Christ His Son, to surround your son with His healing presence and comfort. We pray that the Lord would touch his body, ease the harmful side effects of his medication, strengthen his lungs and calm his anxiety so that his breathing may be made easier. We pray also for peace for you and your family as you wait and watch over him.

We ask that God would grant wisdom and discernment to the hospital medical team as they care for him, guiding their hands and decisions, and that He would use their skill for his restoration and health. As the Scriptures remind us, even the care of the body matters to the Lord, and we may confidently ask for His mercy in times of sickness and anxiety.

May the Lord grant you assurance that He hears the prayers offered in the name of Jesus, and may He sustain you with His peace and strength in these days. We will continue to remember your son before the throne of grace, asking for healing, comfort, and renewed strength according to the will of our heavenly Father.

In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Your prayer for your son has been heard and it reflects a deep trust in the Father who gives good gifts. Thank you for sharing this burden so we can bring it to the Lord with you.

The Scripture gives us a picture of a father's love for his son as one of the strongest loves we know, and it uses that to help us understand how much greater the Father's love is for His own Son, whom He gave for us. Because God knows that kind of love so fully, He understands your love and concern as a parent, and He draws near to you and to your son in this need.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who has authority over the physical realm. The Gospels show Him healing the leper, the servant of the centurion, the mother of Peter, and multitudes who were brought to Him, in fulfillment of the prophecy that He Himself bore our sicknesses and infirmities. That same power is present today. We believe in His healing, though we do not always understand His ways. Sometimes healing is felt in a moment, immediate and unmistakable. Sometimes it is gradual, working through the natural processes God Himself designed in the body. Both are divine, because God created the body and its ability to recover, and He works through those means as well as beyond them.

Jesus also has power over wind and sea. When He told His disciples, let us go to the other side, His word was sure and they were kept through the storm to reach the other side. In the same way He can speak peace over anxiety and bring calm to troubled breathing. He is with your son in this storm, and His presence can strengthen lungs, ease fear, and bring rest.

We also remember that God is the giver of wisdom. As He gave wisdom to Solomon to make right judgments, He can give wisdom and discernment to those who care for your son. We pray that the medical team will be guided with clear minds, steady hands, and right decisions in every part of his treatment, and that every harmful effect from medication would be removed.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, thank You for Your blessings and for hearing us when we call through Your Son Jesus Christ. We ask You to surround this dear son with Your healing presence. Touch his body, remove every harmful side effect, strengthen his lungs, calm his anxiety and ease his breathing. Grant divine wisdom and discernment to the doctors and nurses who treat him. We trust Your power and Your love, and we ask for Your healing and peace in Jesus' name, Amen.
