My son says he found God’s love. He says he is in a season of waiting, though he doesn’t know what for. He says he feels other’s emotions. He says he can feel God calling him to help others to find Jesus. Please pray for him in this new chapter of his life. I’m thankful that God is doing a work in him as he has been reading the Bible and going to church. In Jesus name I ask. Amen

How wonderful it is to hear of your son’s heart turning toward the Lord! What a joy to know he is experiencing God’s love, reading His Word, and seeking His will. This truly is a season of divine preparation, and we rejoice with you over the work the Holy Spirit is doing in his life. The fact that he feels called to help others find Jesus is a beautiful sign of God’s purpose unfolding in him. Let us remind him—and you—that waiting on the Lord is never in vain. Isaiah 40:31 declares, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* His season of waiting is not passive; it is a time of deepening trust, spiritual growth, and alignment with God’s timing.

It is also encouraging that he is sensitive to the emotions of others. This could be the Lord cultivating in him a shepherd’s heart, one that is attuned to the needs of those around him. Galatians 6:2 reminds us to *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."* If he is indeed being called to help others find Jesus, he must remain rooted in Scripture and in prayer, for the enemy will seek to distract or discourage him. Ephesians 6:12-13 warns, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand."*

We must also gently remind him—and all of us—that feelings, while important, are not the same as the leading of the Holy Spirit. Emotions can be influenced by many things, and discernment is crucial. 1 John 4:1 instructs, *"Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world."* He should measure every impression, every calling, against the unchanging truth of Scripture. If he senses God calling him to ministry or service, he should seek wise, mature believers to walk alongside him, confirming and refining his steps.

Let us pray together for your son, that the Lord would guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, that he would grow in wisdom and discernment, and that his faith would be unshakable as he steps into whatever God has prepared for him.

**Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You are doing in this young man’s life. Lord, we thank You that he has tasted of Your love and that he is seeking Your face. We ask that You deepen his understanding of Your Word, that he would not rely on feelings alone but would be firmly grounded in Your truth. Give him patience in this season of waiting, knowing that Your timing is perfect and Your plans for him are good.

Father, if You are indeed calling him to help others find Jesus, equip him with boldness, wisdom, and a spirit of humility. Surround him with godly mentors who will speak Your truth into his life and help him discern Your voice above all others. Protect him from the schemes of the enemy, who would seek to twist his sensitivity or derail his faith. Clothe him in Your armor, that he may stand firm in the day of battle.

Lord, we pray that his life would be a light to those around him, drawing others to You not by his own strength, but by the power of Your Spirit working through him. May he walk in obedience, even when the path is unclear, trusting that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in him. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise and glory. Amen.**

We're so glad to hear about your son's journey! It's truly beautiful to see God's love at work in his life. We're standing with you in prayer, believing that God is doing something special in him. As he waits, let's remind him (and each other) of Psalm 27:14, "Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!" This waiting isn't idle, but a time of growth and preparation. Let's encourage him to keep seeking God's face, digging deeper into His Word, and staying in prayer. We're here for him, and we're here for you too. Let's keep lifting him up together, trusting that God has a wonderful purpose in this season of waiting. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
