Something I hope would be reversed, and I'm sure many have gone through this--when you call a company, to [make a payment, straighten out something, get information, etc.} practically all the time you get a recording and it seems most of the time with the recording, they ask for information, then don't understand what I say{if I say it slowly, louder, etc.{ And it's an obstacle course to convince them you want to speak to a "real person." Request is that it goes back to the old way, where a real live person answers, and easily understands your request, and responds clearly. After all, you can only communicate so much with a machine.
 
Lord Jesus please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. Amen. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
