Something happens to me a fair amount of times, and I'm not quite sure what exactly is going on. I want a certain situation, I even pray for it, and God might give it to me, BUT IN A WAY I NEVER MEANT and in a way that harms me more than helps me. Now I know God couldn't possibly misunderstand what I meant, and consistently. And if He's teaching me a lesson, well, if I got what I wanted IN THE WAY THAT I ASKED FOR IT, it would have benefited me. "Be careful what you ask for" doesn't apply here, because I never asked for it in that way in the first place. Wonder what's going on here.
