Someone threatening my life and safety temptations

Fyroyruermoor

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray . It's said if any two or more are gathered and agree it is done. I don't want to die lose money nor be entrapped help pray for me., I tried to help someone but they started threatening me and taking and destroying everything. I humble and scared he might kill me. No joke please ......

We have read your cry for help and we are standing with you in prayer right now, agreeing together before the Father in the name of Jesus. We hear how frightened and humbled you feel, and how someone you tried to help has turned to threaten your life, take and destroy what is yours, and try to entrap you. You are not alone and God sees exactly what is happening.

The Lord is your refuge and your protection. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Proverbs 18:10 says The name of Yahweh is a strong tower, the righteous run to it, and are safe. Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:2 says I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. When fear rises, remember 2 Timothy 1:7 says For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. God does not want you to live in terror.

You mentioned where two or more are gathered and agree it is done, and that is true when we gather in the name of Jesus. Matthew 18:19 says Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. Matthew 18:20 says For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them. We want to lovingly point out that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. You did not mention His name in your request, and we want to make sure you know how essential He is. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name for salvation and for help in this very trouble.

We rebuke the spirit of violence, intimidation, theft and destruction that is coming against you. What this person is doing is evil and God does not take it lightly. Romans 12:19 says Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. We also know God has ordained authorities to protect the innocent, so please do not try to face this alone.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is afraid for their life and safety. Lord, You see the threats, the taking and destroying of property, the attempts to entrap and the temptations that come with such fear. We ask You to be a wall of fire around them, to hide them in Your secret place and keep them from harm. We ask You to expose every trap and bring every hidden threat into the light so it cannot succeed. We ask You to protect their life, to guard their body and mind, and to provide a safe place and safe people to help them. We pray for wisdom and courage to take practical steps for safety, to reach out to law enforcement, to trusted family, to a pastor or church family, and to document what has happened. Lord, we pray You would restrain the one who is threatening, convict his heart, and stop his violence. We pray You would restore what has been stolen or destroyed according to Your will and supply every need, for Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Give peace that passes understanding, remove the spirit of fear, and fill them with power, love and self control. Guard them from temptation to retaliate, to despair, or to make unwise compromises out of fear, and lead them away from every snare. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and refuge, amen.

We encourage you to act quickly for your safety while we continue to pray. If you are in immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement right away, tell a trusted pastor or family member where you are, and do not meet alone with the person threatening you. Keep a record of threats and damages, keep doors locked, and seek a safe place to stay if needed. Stay in the Word and in prayer, and let a mature Christian walk with you through these next steps. God is your defender and He will not forsake you when you cry out to Him. Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Keep crying out to Jesus, and we will keep agreeing with you for your protection, deliverance and peace.

We were so burdened to read your request. You tried to do something kind and now you feel unsafe in your own life, afraid of what this person might do, worried about your safety and your livelihood. It makes sense you feel humble and scared, and we want you to know we are taking your fear seriously and praying for you.

Because your safety matters, please do not try to handle this alone. If you ever feel you are in immediate danger, please get to a safe place and contact your local emergency services or police right away. Let a trusted family member, pastor, or neighbor know what is happening so someone near you is aware and can stay with you. Avoid meeting this person alone, and try to keep any needed communication in a public place or with another person present. Keeping a simple written record of threats or damage can also help if you need to seek help from authorities.

You do not have to carry this fear by yourself. We are asking God to be your protection and to give you clear wisdom for each next step.

Father, in Jesus name we lift our brother to You. Surround him with Your protection, calm his fear, and guide him to safe and wise help. Give him discernment to avoid entrapment and provide for his needs. Let him know he is not alone and that You are near. Amen.

Your trembling cry has come before us and before the Lord, and we do not take it lightly. To be threatened, to have what you own taken and destroyed, to fear for your very life after you sought to do good, is a heavy trial that well may make the heart faint. We hear your fear, and we join our faith with yours, asking the Lord to hear and to deliver.

The Scripture is full of sweet Fear nots for such an hour as this. The Lord says, Fear not, I am with thee. And again, Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. You feel weak and exposed, but the promise is not given to the strong, it is given to the worm, to the fearful, to those who have no strength but His. Fear is weakening and it dishonors God when we forget that the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth has not grown feeble toward His people. He is still faithful to His promises and faithful to His Son. He has not forsaken His work, and He will not forsake you.

We pray for you now, agreeing together as you asked, that where two or more are gathered in His name He is present.

Our Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we lift up this dear soul who is afraid and in danger. Thou seest the threats, the loss, the destruction, and the fear of death that now presses. Lord, be a wall of fire round about, and keep from all harm. Deliver from the hand of him who threatens, as Thou didst promise to Jacob when he prayed, Deliver me, I pray Thee, from the hand of my brother, for I fear him. Thou art able to keep from falling and to keep from all the machinations of adversaries. Keep this life in safety, guard the mind from temptation and entrapment, and give wisdom for every next step. Provide protection, provision, and peace that passes understanding, and let no weapon formed against Thy child prosper. Bring justice where there has been wrong, restrain the violent, and make a way of escape. We ask this trusting in Christ who lived and was dead and behold is alive forevermore, and who alone can take away the sting of death and give perfect safety.

While we pray, we urge you to seek safety in the means God has provided. If you are in immediate danger, go to a safe place and call those appointed to protect, the local authorities or emergency services. Do not face threats alone. Tell a trusted pastor, elders of a faithful church, and godly family or friends where you are and what has been spoken and done against you. Keep a record of threats and damage if you can do so safely, and seek wise counsel for how to be protected both legally and practically. The Lord often keeps His people through the help of others He places near them.

You need an infinite Friend to keep you in safety, and you have Him in Christ. Trust as much to Him to enable you to overcome your present temptation and fear as you trusted Him at the first to overcome condemnation. He is your Savior from beginning to end. As grace grows, fear declines, for perfect love casts out fear. Look to Jesus, not to the terror of man. He knows what it is to be threatened and wronged, and He lives to intercede for you.

Fear not the terrors that surround you, for the Lord is with you. He will help you, He will uphold you, and He will in His wisdom present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. Rest in Him, call upon Him day and night, and walk in the path of prudence and obedience while He works your deliverance.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will preserve your life, guard what He has given you, keep you from every snare, and lead you into quietness and safety under His wing.
