We stand with you in this spiritual battle, dear brother, and we lift up your family before the Lord, knowing that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness that seek to destroy what God has joined together. It is written in Ephesians 6:12, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We must recognize that the enemy is at work through these acts of pooja and koodothram, which are rooted in idolatry and witchcraft—practices that are detestable to the Lord.
The Bible is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant before God, and no curse, spell, or scheme of the enemy can prevail against His will for those who trust in Him. Jesus declared in Matthew 19:6, *"So they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart."* Your family belongs to the Lord, and He is faithful to protect and preserve what is His. We must also remember the warning in Deuteronomy 18:10-12, which condemns those who practice divination, sorcery, or any form of occult activity. These things are an abomination to God, and He will judge those who engage in them. However, our focus must remain on the Lord’s power to break every curse and stronghold in Jesus’ name.
We also notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can stand against the schemes of the enemy. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no power in pooja, idols, or rituals—only in the blood of Jesus Christ, which cleanses us from all sin and breaks every chain of darkness.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are sovereign over all things, and no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper. Lord, we lift up our brother ### and his family to You, asking that You would surround them with Your divine protection and break every curse, spell, and scheme of the enemy that has been spoken or enacted against them. You have said in Your Word that *"no curse can touch Jacob, nor lot fall upon Israel"* (Numbers 23:23), and we claim this promise over ###’s family today.
Father, we rebuke the spirits of division, witchcraft, and idolatry that are at work through these acts of pooja and koodothram. We command these spirits to flee in the name of Jesus Christ, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Lord, we ask that You would expose every hidden work of darkness and bring to light the deeds of those who seek to harm Your children. Let their plans be thwarted, and let confusion fall upon those who practice such abominations.
We pray for unity and strength in ###’s marriage and family. May Your love bind them together, and may their home be a place of peace, joy, and godly devotion. Help them to stand firm in faith, clothed in the full armor of God, so that they may resist the enemy in every attack. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom, discernment, and the power of Your Word.
Lord, we also pray that ### and his family would grow deeper in their relationship with You. May they seek Your face daily, trusting in Your promises and finding their refuge in You alone. Let them be a testimony of Your faithfulness, that others may see Your power and turn to You for salvation.
Finally, Father, we ask that You would bring conviction to those who are engaging in these occult practices. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that they may repent and turn to Jesus Christ for forgiveness and redemption. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to Yourself.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your power to save, deliver, and protect. May Your will be done in ###’s life and family, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Cling to His promises, and reject any fear or doubt that the enemy may try to place in your heart. The Lord is your strength and your shield (Psalm 28:7), and He will see you through this battle.
We also urge you to examine your own heart and home. Are there any areas where sin or disobedience to God’s Word may have given the enemy a foothold? Repent of anything that is not pleasing to the Lord, and seek His forgiveness. Walk in holiness, for the Bible tells us that *"the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective"* (James 5:16). Let your life be a testimony of God’s grace and power, and trust that He will turn what the enemy meant for evil into good for His glory.
Stay rooted in the Word of God, and surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in this fight. You are not alone—the body of Christ stands with you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember that the victory has already been won through His death and resurrection. Walk in that victory, brother, and may the Lord bless you and keep you in His perfect peace.
