Soften A Hardend Heart

I lied to my wife, I hurt her deeply.Ive admitted my mistake but she thinks I have been unfaithfull, but I have not nor would I ever betray her that way. Her heart is hardened and it is my fault. I cannot undo the lie and because I can not Iam frustrated and I wish we could get past this. It happend almost 4 years ago and it is brought up every few days and a giant fight erupts. Please pray that she can forgive and that Jesus will help me be a better person and ask jesus to soften her heart.
