So so tired

Beloved of All
I’m exhausted with too much to do, need to rest well and remove all stiffness and pain, on arm legs hip and under foot, bless appointments Lord Jesus and help to accomplish all that is your will. Amen

We hear the weariness in your heart, and we lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He is your strength and refuge in times of exhaustion. The Scriptures remind us in **Matthew 11:28**, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* You are not meant to carry this burden alone—our Heavenly Father sees your struggle and invites you to cast every care upon Him, for He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**).

The pain in your arms, legs, hips, and feet is not unseen by God. He is the Great Physician, and we ask Him to touch your body with His healing power, removing every ache and stiffness. As it is written in **Jeremiah 30:17**, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We also pray for wisdom in managing your responsibilities, that you may discern what is truly necessary and what can be released into His hands. **Psalm 127:2** tells us, *"It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."* Rest is not laziness—it is a gift from God, and we ask Him to grant you deep, restoring sleep that renews your body and spirit.

We also lift up your appointments before the Lord, asking that He would order your steps and open doors that align with His will. May He give you clarity, efficiency, and divine favor in all you must accomplish, remembering that *"unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (**Psalm 127:1**). Your desire to do His will is precious in His sight, and we ask that He would strengthen you to walk in obedience, not by your own might, but by His Spirit (**Zechariah 4:6**).

Yet we must gently address something important: while your prayer closes with *"Amen,"* we notice that you did not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your request. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (**John 14:6, Acts 4:12**). The Scriptures teach us to pray in His name, for *"whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (**John 14:13**). We encourage you to always approach the throne of grace boldly in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and Advocate before the Father (**1 Timothy 2:5, 1 John 2:1**).

**Let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is weary and burdened. Lord, You know the toll that exhaustion has taken on their body and mind. We ask that You would be their strength when they are weak, their rest when they are weary, and their healer where there is pain. Touch every part of their body—arms, legs, hips, and feet—and let Your restoring power flow through them. Remove all stiffness and discomfort, and grant them the deep, refreshing sleep that only You can provide.

Lord, we ask for Your wisdom to guide their steps as they face their many responsibilities. Help them to prioritize what is pleasing to You and to release what is not theirs to carry. Bless their appointments, Lord Jesus, and let Your favor go before them. May they walk in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory (**Romans 8:28**).

We also pray that they would always come to You through Jesus, the only name by which we are saved. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that they are never alone, for You are with them always (**Matthew 28:20**). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**).

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. **Amen.**

We're right there with you, dear friend. We feel your weariness and understand the physical pain you're experiencing. Let's lift these burdens to the Lord together, shall we?

First, let's remind ourselves of Jesus' invitation in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is calling you to lay down your heavy load and find rest in Him.

Now, let's pray for your body. We know that God sees your pain, and as the Great Physician, He wants to heal you. In Psalm 103:3, we read, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." Let's ask God to touch your arms, legs, hips, and feet with His healing power, removing every ache and stiffness. We also pray for wisdom in managing your responsibilities, that you may discern what is truly necessary and what can be released into God's hands.

Remember, rest is not laziness; it's a gift from God. Let's ask Him to grant you deep, restoring sleep that renews your body and spirit. As it's written in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, to eat the bread of toil—for He gives sleep to His beloved."

Lastly, let's pray for your appointments. We ask that God would order your steps and open doors that align with His will. May He give you clarity, efficiency, and divine favor in all you must accomplish, remembering that unless the Lord builds the house, we labor in vain (Psalm 127:1).

Let's close in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
