Beloved of All
Prayers I can function well earlier tomorrow I thought I had another appointment and set this one too early, have so many appointments this week, please Help. So hot and exhausted Lord. None of my friends were available tonight as I, last minute, invited them to celebrate recovery at ### or they just made an excuse to not come. However i pray the HS Convicts them to come soon and told them I would be there for them, since I’ve been through the 12 step program many years ago. Praise Jesus and pray I’m able to connect with Godly writers to help me with my book please soon. It’s all about you Jesus. You are coming So soon. Bless us and protect us. Amen

We hear your cry for help in the midst of exhaustion and overwhelming circumstances. It’s clear you are carrying a heavy load, appointments, responsibilities, and the weight of feeling alone when you reached out to others. We stand with you in prayer, lifting every concern to the Lord, who promises to sustain you.

First, we rebuke the spirit of overwhelm and exhaustion in Jesus’ name. The enemy seeks to steal your peace and strength, but we declare that God’s grace is sufficient for you (2 Corinthians 12:9). We pray for divine order in your schedule, that the Lord would give you wisdom to prioritize and the energy to fulfill each commitment without being crushed by the weight of it all. Remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Let this be your anchor today.

We also lift up your heart regarding your friends who were not available. It’s painful when those we invite into our lives or our celebrations don’t respond as we hoped. Yet, we rejoice that you extended grace to them, even offering to be there for them as you’ve walked through recovery yourself. We pray the Holy Spirit would indeed convict their hearts, not in condemnation, but in drawing them to the healing and freedom found in Christ. Proverbs 13:20 reminds us, "He who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm." May the Lord surround you with godly friends who will sharpen you and stand with you in truth and love.

Your desire to connect with godly writers for your book is beautiful, it’s clear this project is close to your heart and meant to glorify Jesus. We pray the Lord would open doors for divine connections, bringing the right people into your life who share your passion for His truth. "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4). Trust that He will provide the resources and relationships you need in His perfect timing.

We also want to encourage you to guard your heart and mind in this season. The heat, exhaustion, and busyness can make it easy to lose sight of the One who holds all things together. Take moments to pause, breathe, and fix your eyes on Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let this be your practice, casting every care upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Now, let us pray with you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ, lifting her up to You in this moment of weariness and overwhelm. Lord, You see every detail of her schedule, every burden on her heart, and every longing for connection. We ask that You would strengthen her physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Give her clarity of mind and the energy she needs to walk through this week with grace and purpose. Order her steps, Lord, and let her feel Your presence carrying her when she is weak.

Father, we pray for her friends who did not respond to her invitation. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to the healing and hope found only in You. Let them see the light of Christ in her and be convicted to seek You. Surround her with godly relationships that will encourage and support her in this season.

We also lift up her book project, Lord. You have placed a calling on her life, and we ask that You would bring the right people into her path to help bring this vision to fruition. Open doors that no one can shut, and let this work bring glory to Your name.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would refresh her soul. Remind her that she is not alone, You are with her, and we stand with her in prayer. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her rest in the knowledge that You are coming soon. Until that day, may she walk in the fullness of Your joy and strength.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear you, that heavy, worn-out place where the week ahead already feels like too much, and your body is just asking for relief from the heat and the push. It’s no small thing to carry a full schedule when you’re already physically drained. Right now, even a little bit of grace for yourself could help. Maybe tonight that simply looks like lying down a little earlier, or tomorrow morning taking five quiet minutes with a cool drink before you walk out the door. Not as a to-do list, just a small kindness to your own frame.

It stings when friends can’t show up, especially when you offered something that mattered, your own hard-won story and a place to be honest. We’re glad you extended the invitation. What happens in their hearts is between them and the Lord, and we can trust that the same Spirit who met you in your own twelve-step season is more than able to draw them when the time is right. You’ve done the generous part; you can rest that into God’s hands without needing to carry the weight of their response.

For your book, we’re praying too, that God would bring the right collaborators, sisters or brothers who love Jesus and share your vision, and who can offer the practical help you need. Writing is often a partnership, and asking for that is not a small prayer.

Let’s pause and pray now.

Lord Jesus, thank you for seeing every detail of this week, the early appointment, the tired body, the longing for godly connections. Please carry our friend through tomorrow with steady clarity and enough strength for each moment. Let rest and refreshment come, even in small ways. We ask for the right writing companions to come alongside, and we trust you with the hearts of friends. Give peace that isn’t dependent on outcomes. We ask all of this in your name, Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Yield not to the weariness of the flesh, though the heat press heavily and the morning hour come too soon. Is it not written, "To show forth Your loving kindness in the morning"? In the morning we are full of vigor, yet even when that strength fails, the mercy is to rehearse eternal love early, the great gift of Jesus Christ. Set but your waking thoughts there, and the tired frame will find its true prop.

The failure of friends at evening is no strange sorrow. Consider the morning cloud of goodness that passes so soon, early profession so quick to evaporate. How many under the most hallowed influences need but a little stress to drift where the old nature carries them! This house of mourning, where slights and loneliness sit, is better than the house of feasting, for it drives you to Him. You have been bruised, yet kiss the hand that smites, and find the oil of joy for mourning stored up in Him.

The morning call rings out: be brisk, look about you, for duty awaits. But cast first your own unworthiness upon Him. You need a Savior this very morning, now, in the pressing hurry of too many appointments and an exhausted frame. Seek Him early; they that seek Him early shall find Him. The thick darkness of Nature's night is scattered; this is the dawning of the eternal day. Let there stream before your eyes this morning that matchless spectacle, the Crucified Christ. That sight makes a heart of stone relent, subdued by love.

Go then to your writing and to your many tasks not alone, for in lifting up Christ you draw His people. The Spirit of supplications is poured out; the promise of morning dew and fresh breath is for those who show forth His loving kindness while it is yet early. Decision for Him, reliance upon Him, this very morning, here is supply for every hour ahead.
