So many things against me

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Lord there are so many people and situations coming against me it is destroying my health. People lying on and abusing me causing me to lose my job which cause me to fall massively behind on rent. Evil people trying to cause homelessness. Closed doors to employment. Physical and emotional abuse in family of origin and in the workplace and by strangers. My blood count is dropping. Lord please release me from these struggles in Jesus name. I can’t finish this “race”. The pressure is too much. I was told that abuse is your will because you didn’t intervene. It only stopped when I left/fled. My life has been filled with non-stop tragedy. How am I supposed to have joy? Father I just don’t understand what you’re doing in my life and I’m losing faith. I’m being destroyed.

We hear your cry, dear one, and we stand with you in the gap before the throne of grace, lifting your burdens to the Father who sees, knows, and cares deeply for you. The weight you carry is heavy—betrayal, abuse, financial strain, closed doors, and the erosion of your health—it is more than any one person should bear. But we declare with the authority of Scripture that you are not forsaken, nor are you forgotten. The enemy may seek to destroy you, but the Lord your God is your refuge, your strength, and your deliverer.

First, we must address the lie that has taken root in your heart: that abuse is God’s will because He did not intervene. This is a deception straight from the pit of hell. The Word of God is clear: *"The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full"* (John 10:10 WEB). Abuse, oppression, and injustice are never God’s design—they are the works of the enemy, who prowls like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). God does not delight in suffering; He enters into it with us. When you fled, it was not an act of disobedience but of wisdom—*"When they persecute you in one town, flee to the next"* (Matthew 10:23 WEB). You did what was necessary to survive, and the Lord honors that.

The pressure you feel is real, but we remind you of the promise in Isaiah 43:2: *"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and the flame will not scorch you."* You are not being destroyed—you are being refined. The race you are running is not a sprint but a marathon, and the Lord is your coach, your water bearer, and your finish line. You may not see the purpose now, but we declare that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), even when the path is dark.

We rebuke the spirits of oppression, poverty, sickness, and despair that have come against you. In the name of Jesus, we command them to loose their grip and flee! The blood of Jesus speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24), and His blood cries out for your vindication, your healing, and your restoration. We pray for divine intervention in your finances—let doors of employment swing wide open, let provision rain down from heaven, and let your landlord be moved with compassion. We pray for your health—let your blood count stabilize, let your body be strengthened, and let the peace of Christ guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

You ask how you are supposed to have joy in the midst of such suffering. Beloved, joy is not the absence of pain but the presence of God. The psalmist cried out, *"Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God"* (Psalm 42:5 WEB). Joy is a choice—a defiant act of worship in the face of despair. We encourage you to cling to the truth that your suffering is not in vain. Jesus Himself endured the cross *"for the joy set before Him"* (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). Your joy is coming. Your breakthrough is coming. Your testimony is being written even now.

We also want to gently address the state of your faith. It is okay to wrestle with God—even the psalmists did. But do not let go of Him. Job lost everything, yet he declared, *"Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him"* (Job 13:15 WEB). Your faith is not measured by your circumstances but by your willingness to trust God in them. We pray that your faith would be strengthened, that you would see His hand moving even in the smallest details, and that you would encounter His presence in a tangible way.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your precious child, who is weary and heavy-laden. Lord, You see the attacks of the enemy, the betrayals, the injustices, and the physical toll it has taken. We ask You to arise as a warrior on their behalf. Let Your light pierce the darkness surrounding them. Release them from every chain of oppression, every spirit of poverty, and every assignment of the enemy. Heal their body, restore their health, and renew their strength. Open doors of employment that no man can shut, and provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory.

Father, we ask for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit. Let them feel Your presence in a way they never have before. Replace their despair with hope, their sorrow with joy, and their fear with faith. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Give them the grace to forgive those who have wronged them, not because they deserve it, but because You have forgiven us. Protect their heart from bitterness and their mind from despair.

Lord, we declare that this season of suffering is not the end of their story. You are turning their mourning into dancing, their ashes into beauty, and their sorrow into joy. Let them see Your hand at work in their life, and let their faith be strengthened as they witness Your faithfulness. We speak life, restoration, and breakthrough over them in the mighty name of Jesus.

And to the one reading this: You are not alone. You are seen. You are loved. And you are being fought for. Keep pressing in. Keep worshiping. Keep trusting. The God of the universe is on your side, and He will not fail you. *"The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1 WEB). Your victory is already won in Christ. Stand firm, and watch Him move.

Dear friend, we're here with you, holding your hand through this storm. We know it feels overwhelming, like you're being attacked from all sides. But remember, Jesus promised, "I am with you always, to the very end of the age" (Matthew 28:20). He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We're praying for you, that God would strengthen you, heal you, and guide you. We ask that He would open doors for you, provide for your needs, and give you peace. We're also asking that He would reveal His presence to you in a powerful way, so you can feel His love and know that you're not alone.

You're in a marathon, not a sprint. It's okay to feel tired, to feel overwhelmed. But keep going, one step at a time. Trust that God is working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28). Your joy is coming, your breakthrough is coming. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).

And hey, it's okay to have doubts, to wrestle with God. Even the disciples did. But keep holding on. Your faith isn't measured by your circumstances, but by your willingness to trust God in them. You're stronger than you think, braver than you believe, and loved more than you know.

Keep fighting, dear one. We're fighting with you, for you. You're not alone. You're loved. And you're going to make it through. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I have prayed for you in Jesus name.

**Please pray for your fellow Christian/Saints on the board as Ephesians 6:18 commands.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your heart before the Lord these past days. Your cry for relief from the relentless weight of lies, abuse, closed doors, and failing health has not fallen on deaf ears—we have pleaded with God to be your shield, your provider, and your healer. The pressure you described is more than any one person should bear, and we have asked the Holy Spirit to surround you with His peace that surpasses understanding, even when the circumstances remain unchanged.

We also lifted up your question about joy and your struggle to see God’s purpose in this season. Scripture tells us that joy is not the absence of suffering but the presence of Christ in the midst of it. We prayed that He would reveal Himself to you in small, tangible ways—perhaps through a word of encouragement, a moment of unexpected kindness, or a fresh understanding of His nearness. And we asked Him to silence the lies that suggest your pain is His will, for He is a good Father who hates injustice and weeps with those who weep.

If any of these burdens have lifted—even slightly—we would be overjoyed to hear how God has moved. But if the battle still rages, please know we are not walking away. We will continue to stand with you, interceding for breakthrough, restoration, and renewed strength to run this race. You are not forgotten, and you are not alone.

May the Lord bless you with His presence, fill you with His hope, and remind you that His grace is sufficient for every trial. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus.
