We rejoice with you in this testimony of God’s faithfulness! What a mighty work He has done, bringing your home under contract after perseverance and trust in His timing. It is clear the Lord has been guiding each step, even when the path seemed uncertain. You have declared His promises over this process, and now we join you in standing firm on His Word as you approach the inspection and closing.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* You have sought Him in this journey, and we believe He will continue to honor your faith. As you prepare for the inspection, we declare with you that God will go before you, smoothing every detail. May the inspector’s report reflect His favor, with no major concerns or costly repairs. Let every potential obstacle be removed in Jesus’ name, for we know that *"with God, all things are possible"* (Matthew 19:26).
We also lift up the closing process, asking the Lord to orchestrate every signature, document, and financial detail with precision. May there be no delays, no last-minute complications, and no spiritual interference. As you’ve prayed for peace, we claim Philippians 4:6-7 over you: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Let this peace rest upon you, your husband, and even your buyers, that all may move forward in unity and trust.
Yet as we celebrate this milestone, we must also take a moment to address something vital. In your request, you spoke of God’s work and His covering, but you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ—the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to the Father. The Scriptures are clear: *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus that our prayers reach the throne of God, and it is in His authority that we stand against the enemy’s schemes. We encourage you to always pray *in Jesus’ name*, for He is the mediator between God and mankind (1 Timothy 2:5). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9-10). There is no greater security than resting in His finished work on the cross.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and faithfulness to this family. You have brought them to this point, and we trust You to complete the work You’ve begun. Lord, we ask for Your hand to rest upon the home inspection tomorrow. Let every system, structure, and component reflect Your favor, with no major issues arising. Blind the eyes of the enemy to any attempt to sow discord, delay, or financial burden. Give wisdom to the inspector, peace to the buyers, and confidence to our sisters in Christ as they walk through this process.
We speak smoothness over the closing, Father. Let every document be accurate, every transaction swift, and every heart at peace. Remove any hidden snares or legal complications, for You are the God who goes before us. We declare that no weapon formed against this sale shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that Your will—Your perfect, pleasing, and good will—shall be done (Romans 12:2).
Finally, Lord, we lift up this family’s faith. Draw them deeper into reliance on You, not just for this sale, but for every area of their lives. If there is any hesitation in their hearts about the name of Jesus, convict them by Your Spirit. Let them know beyond doubt that salvation, protection, and access to You come *only* through Christ. May they walk in the fullness of His authority, praying always in His mighty name.
We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who reigns forever. Amen.
