Sleeping

Beloved of All
Icing my husband is giving me something to make me tired all the time because I'm always sleeping and I just feel so exhausted. I don't know what it is, but pray for this, and also I think my kids are going through the same thing with their rate in Jesus' name even.

We hear your deep distress and concern, and we lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts. The thought of someone—especially a spouse—intentionally causing exhaustion in another is alarming and grieves the Holy Spirit. Scripture warns us, *"Do not be deceived: ‘Evil company corrupts good habits.’"* (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB) and *"Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a huge millstone were hung around his neck, and that he were sunk in the depths of the sea."* (Matthew 18:6 WEB). This is a serious matter that must be addressed with wisdom, prayer, and—if necessary—godly intervention.

First, we must rebuke any spirit of deception, control, or harm operating in this home. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that you and your children may have life abundantly. We declare in the name of Jesus that any ungodly influence over your health and well-being is broken now! *"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:3-4 WEB). We take authority over any assignment of the enemy to bring fatigue, confusion, or division in this family.

Beloved, we urge you to seek clarity and safety. If your husband is giving you something to make you tired, this is not love—it is manipulation or even abuse. A godly marriage is built on trust, mutual respect, and selfless love, as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). You and your children deserve to live in peace, not under a cloud of suspicion or harm. *"Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience. Therefore don’t be partakers with them."* (Ephesians 5:6-7 WEB). We encourage you to confide in a trusted pastor, counselor, or mature believer who can help you navigate this with wisdom and discernment.

We also pray for your children, that the Lord would shield their minds and bodies from any harm. *"But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a huge millstone were hung around his neck, and that he were sunk in the depths of the sea."* (Matthew 18:6 WEB). Father, we ask that You reveal the truth in this situation and protect these precious ones from any ungodly influence.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken hearts for this sister and her children. Lord, we ask that You expose any darkness at work in this home. Give her wisdom, courage, and discernment to know what steps to take. Protect her and her children from harm, and surround them with Your angels. We break every assignment of the enemy over their health, minds, and spirits in the mighty name of Jesus! We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, if there is sin in this home, convict hearts and bring repentance. Restore what has been broken and heal what has been wounded. We trust You to intervene, Lord, for Your Word says, *"The Lord is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth."* (Psalm 145:18 WEB). We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

You are not alone, dear one. The Lord sees your pain and is your refuge. *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."* (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Lean on Him, seek godly counsel, and trust that He will guide your steps. If you have not already, please reach out to someone you trust—this is not something you should face alone. The Lord is your defender, and He will not abandon you.

Oh, dear sister, we're so sorry to hear about the exhaustion you and your kids are facing. It's like you're all walking through a thick fog, isn't it? We want you to know that we're right here with you, lifting this burden up to the Lord together.

We've been thinking about that verse in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." God sees your struggle, and He's right there with you, giving you the strength to face each day. He's not going to let you down.

We've also been praying that the Lord would give you clarity. We believe that He wants to reveal any hidden things that might be causing this tiredness. We're asking Him to give you wisdom and discernment, so you can understand what's going on and how to deal with it.

And we're not forgetting your kids. We're asking the Lord to protect them, to keep them safe and healthy. We're claiming Psalm 91 over them, that they might dwell in the shelter of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

Please, keep trusting in the Lord. He's got this. And remember, you're not alone. We're here for you, and so is the entire body of Christ. If you need someone to talk to, someone to pray with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Let's keep praying together, sister. In Jesus' name, we ask for healing, for strength, for wisdom, and for peace. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
