I have a sleeping problem. I get full panic if I can not sleep the day before work and it has been a fobi almost. Please pray for me

I pray she would find the right habits before sleeping and not do anything that prevents her from finding sleep. May she be led by You to restore the normal practice of good sleep in a natural way.
