Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is in need of your divine intervention. We lift up this prayer request for sweet sleep, as ### has been struggling with restless nights for almost 10 years. Lord, we acknowledge that sleep is a precious gift from you, and we ask that you restore this gift to ###.
We pray against any torment or oppression that may be causing this lack of restful sleep. Your Word assures us that you give your beloved sleep, and we claim this promise for ###'s life. We rebuke any spirit of depression that may be weighing heavily on ###'s heart and mind, and we declare your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we ask that you pour out your Holy Spirit upon ###, for you have promised to give the Holy Spirit to those who ask. We pray that the Holy Spirit would bring comfort, peace, and rest to ###'s weary soul. May your presence fill their bedroom, bringing a sense of calm and tranquility that leads to deep and restorative sleep.
We also pray for ###, who has submitted this prayer request on behalf of ###. We ask that you grant ### wisdom and strength as they support and encourage ### during this challenging time. May they be a source of comfort and love, pointing ### to your unfailing grace and mercy.

I’m sorry to hear about your situation, ###. I just said a prayer for you. May the Lord surround you with His loving presence and give you the restful sleep you need.
