Sleep

I pray that I can start getting better sleep, I have problems sleeping. I don't know if it's because of stress or the devil or stress the devil puts on me or what but please pray for me. I need to start sleeping better, I'm hardly getting 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night anymore.

Find a beautiful picture of The Lord or something that God has created. When you lay down to sleep look at this picture of God's beauty and meditate on the above verse from The Lord and you will rest in peace.

May the peace of the Holy Spirt pour loving waters over you giving you the most profound and everlasting peace. I pray for you in Jesus name. Amen.
