Sleep, Wisdom to Plan Visit Back East

Have been trying to fall asleep for about two hours. If someone would lift a prayer for me I'd appreciate it. Also I can't schedule this trip on my own and can't worry about it now. Please give me wisdom, but later tonight, help me sleep at present, Lord. I remember You could fall asleep in a raging storm, thank you in Jesus' Name.

Father, I first thank you for improving my sleep, but I want to keep on knocking because I know You give more grace. I ask you would bless my sleep and dreams and help me plan this visit back east. I lack wisdom, let me know if I should fly or drive, where to stay, when to leave and when to return. Help me fill out the leave of ministry absence forms and get it all approved & turned in with excellence. Mostly bless my time back there, may I spend time with the kids and help strengthen family members & friends. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Lord I too Lift Doug in Prayer. May he fall asleep Lord, knowing we are praying for restful sleep Lord. Calm his thoughts regarding this trip and may he awake refreshed knowing Your direction, Lord. Give him wisdom, and guidance Lord, In Jesus Name Amen

FATHER, we bless U for your compassion, mercy, faithfulness toward this man, & all of us. I pray that U speak to him in his circumstances. I pray for YOUR SPIRIT to calm him & engulfed him in your bosom as he surrender himself & cares to U.

Please stay in the presense of the Lord 24/7. You & Jesus, Jesus & You. Some people seek God only when there is a problem, after that He is not needed, perhaps only to patch things up. But we must be CONSTANTLY ABIDING IN JESUS.

Here is what our saviour said " John 15:5 "I am the Vine; you (we) are the branches. Whoever lives in Me & I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. Apart from Me, you (we) can do nothing. THAT IS A FACT, THAT IS TRUTH. or else we have religion alone & not relationship. John 15:4 Dwell in Me, & I will dwell in you. Just like no branch can bear fruits of itself WITHOUT abiding in the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me. (dwell- to live or stay as a permanent resident) You(we) then will not bear fruits of oppression, anxieties, worries, depression, double minded, lack of self esteem, insecurity, nervousness etc.. We have to follow Jesus all the way, or we loose. (simple)

We must be connected to Jesus all the way. Of course the peace of God will always follow. For where the spirit of God is there is liberty. Look at Phil 4:8 & meditate on what Jesus did, & his teaching, & promisies to you & all of us.

Father, I pray that U will baptize this young man in the power of your Holy Spirit to give him boldness as U did your disciples.
