We lift up your sister in fervent prayer, standing in the gap for her before the throne of grace. Father God, we come before You with hearts full of concern and love for her, asking that You would indeed watch over her and protect her as the apple of Your eye. We pray that no evil would come near her dwelling, that You would surround her with Your angels, and that she would be shielded from all temptation and harm.

Lord, we ask that You would guide her steps and hold her hand every moment of every day. May she walk in the light of Your truth, making choices that honor You and lead her to the abundant life You have promised. We rebuke any influence of the enemy that seeks to draw her away from You, and we declare that she is covered by the precious blood of Jesus, from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet. May Your Holy Spirit fill her with Your peace, joy, and love, and may she come to know the depth of Your care for her.

Father, we pray for her healing, physically, spiritually, and mentally. Touch her heart and draw her closer to You. Heal any wounds, restore her soul, and renew her mind according to Your Word. Let her know without a doubt that she is Your beloved child, deeply loved and cherished by You. May she feel the presence of the Holy Spirit with her always, comforting, guiding, and empowering her to live a life that glorifies You.

We also lift up the mention of "him" in your prayer, any person or influence that may be leading her astray. Lord, we ask that You would break any ungodly soul ties or influences in her life. If there is any relationship, habit, or thought pattern that does not align with Your will, we pray that You would reveal it to her and give her the strength to turn away from it. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:33, "Don’t be deceived! Evil companionships corrupt good morals." We pray that she would be surrounded by godly influences that encourage her in her faith and walk with You.

We are grateful that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We are so thankful that through Jesus, we have access to God’s throne of grace, and we can intercede for others with confidence.

We encourage you to continue praying for your sister daily, standing on the promises of God’s Word. Remind her often of His love and the plans He has for her, a future filled with hope, as Jeremiah 29:11 tells us. Keep speaking life and truth over her, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see it. Your prayers are powerful and effective, and we believe that God hears them and will move mightily in her life.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of lifting up this sister in prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your perfect will for her life. May she grow in her relationship with You, experience Your healing and restoration, and walk in the fullness of the life You have called her to. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.

We’re joining you in lifting your sister before the Lord. The way you poured out your heart, for her protection, her choices, her whole being, tells us how deeply you love her. That faithful, persistent love is a gift, and God sees it.

One of the simplest, most powerful things you can do alongside your prayers is to speak life to her when you have the chance. Even a quiet, “I’ve been praying for you, and God loves you so much,” can plant a seed that the Holy Spirit waters over time. You don’t have to fix everything; you’re standing with her, and that matters. If she ever faces physical struggles that worry you, it’s loving to gently encourage her to see a doctor too, healing often comes through both prayer and practical care.

Our prayer joins yours right now:

Father, we bring this sister to You. Surround her with Your protection, and keep her from evil and from the pull of harmful influences. Guide her steps, and let her see the light that leads to life. Cover her completely with Your peace, and heal her in body, mind, and spirit. Let the Holy Spirit be her constant companion, whispering that she is fully loved, fully known, and always a child of God. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The cry of your heart is heard, for you have touched the very hem of Jesus' garment in prayer. What did the blood of Abel do? It cried out for vengeance from the ground, a voice of terror and condemnation. But listen, the blood of Jesus speaks better things! It cries out not for justice upon the sinner, but for mercy, for cleansing, for a wall of fire round about the beloved of the Lord. You plead the blood of Jesus from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet. This is no superstitious charm, but a laying hold of the eternal covenant, for the application of the blood of Jesus is the true ground of joy and the sure source of Christian comfort. Let it be painted on the lintel and doorposts of her life, and the destroyer shall pass over. The blood that has prevailed with heaven shall now stand guard over her going out and her coming in.

You ask for a garden of protection. Remember, the Presence of God is the only protection of saints. If the Lord goes with her, she dwells in the secret place of the Most High, and no evil shall befall her, neither shall any plague come nigh her dwelling. Do not fear the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor the arrow that flies by day. Let this be her comfort: the Lord Himself is a wall of fire round about her, and the glory in her midst. Her steps are ordered; she cannot blunder fatally if she moves not without her God. And as for the evil influences and the snare of the fowler, even there, a good soldier of Jesus Christ learns to stand and having done all, to stand. The enticements of the wicked one are subtle, but the Lord teaches our hands to war and our fingers to fight against principalities and powers. This prayer that she make good choices is a prayer after the divine method of overcoming evil with good. Return not railing for railing, nor give place to the devil by bitter or sour moods, but let her overcome the evil she meets by the good she brings in the name of Christ, for this reflects great honor upon the Savior.

You cry out for her healing, physically, spiritually, mentally. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The leaves of that tree which is for the healing of the nations are not stinted. Sin is the secret flow of blood that robs the vital parts of their essential nourishment, but by His stripes we are healed. The stripes of Jesus, when applied to the heart, work that deep repentance which hates sin because it made Him suffer, and this is the beginning of a happy, healthy life. The balm of Gilead is not scarce; there is no wound so deep but the great Physician can cure it. Only let her come near to Jesus. Live near to Jesus, and the glowing coals of the furnace cannot consume you, nor the chill blasts of wintry affliction destroy you. Whether it is the bitterness of woe or the overindulgence of earthly delight, close fellowship with the Lord Jesus will take the gall from the one and the satiety from the other.

Your prayer, “Lead us not into temptation,” is a prayer of degrees, a cry taught by the Spirit of adoption. You have done well to bring it, for we may not descend into the arena and then expect to be kept from the lions. Let this be her hourly watchword. Neither poverty nor riches, neither soaring heights nor deep abysses, pray the Lord to deliver her from the evil of every case. And let her not lead others there, but by a life consecrated to Christ, be a conduit of blessing. She is a child of the Lord, loved and cared for, and the Holy Spirit abides with her. Derive all strength from on High, for good soldiers of Jesus Christ watch unto prayer, praying in the Holy Spirit. There is no other protection, no other healing, no other hope but this: Christ is yours, and all things are yours in Christ.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask that your sister be kept from evil and temptation, and that is a good and urgent desire. For the devil is always lying in wait, and many are the snares set for the feet of the young. But take heart: God is faithful. He will not suffer her to be tempted above that she is able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that she may be able to endure it. So do not despair as if she were at the mercy of her passions or of evil influences. The remedy is not in her nature, nor in mere wishing, but in the grace of the Spirit and the choice of her own will.

You pray for a garden of protection around her. The truest garden is a soul planted with the word of God. Let her not merely hear it now and then, but write it on the tablet of her heart. When the devil sees the King’s writing stamped by the Holy Ghost upon a mind that loves God, he will not even dare to look at it, but from afar he will turn his back. Nothing is so terrible to him as a soul that hangs continually over the fountain of divine teaching. If she will fill her mind with such things, then even when storms of temptation arise, she will enjoy a great calm.

But note well: the blood of Jesus covers us, but it does not work apart from our own moral motion. God made the body and the soul good; evil comes from the choice, which is from ourselves. So let no one imagine that she can be shielded while she willingly walks in the counsel of the ungodly. She must, like the wise men of old, leave the customs of her own country if she would see the Sun of Righteousness. If she remains in the company of bad influences, how shall she escape their contagion? Exhort her to flee from the occasions of sin, not merely pray to be spared from their consequences.

Pray for her healing, yes, with all earnestness. But the healing of soul and body is wrought by the Holy Spirit, and the Spirit works through the word and through the will that submits to it. Let her come to the house of healing, let her hear the laws of the Spirit, and as she feels her progress by experience, her hopes will grow. God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and He delights to show His power in the weak. Let her not be ashamed of her weakness, but let her bring it to the Physician who came not for the healthy, but for the sick.

And you who pray, watch yourself as well. Do not love your sister more than you love God. For if you love God above all, you will not be overwhelmed by fear for her, and your prayers will have greater boldness. The blessed Job, when he lost his children all at once, did not feel the sharpness of grief as others do, because he loved God more than them. So commit her to the immortal Protector, and your own heart will be at peace.

I join my prayer to yours: May the Holy Spirit indeed open her eyes to see the light, may He hold her hand every step, and may she know with deep assurance that she is a child of the Lord, loved and cared for. May He heal her bodily, spiritually, mentally, and grant her a life that is happy and holy. But let her never think this comes without her own turning; let her arise and go to the Father, and He will meet her while she is yet a great way off. In the name of Jesus Christ, who is our wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. Amen.

What a beautiful and urgent cry from your heart for your sister. Your prayer is a powerful act of love, and God hears every word. The protection you are asking for, covering her with the blood of Jesus from the top of her head to the soles of her feet, is exactly what she needs. But the deepest protection, the kind that transforms a life, happens when her own heart and mind are renewed from the inside out.

You see, every person is made with spirit, mind, and body. At the center of our being, the spirit is what connects us to God. When our spirit is made alive through faith in Jesus Christ, a true consciousness of God awakens. Before that, the natural person lives with the mind of the flesh, constantly absorbed with the needs and appetites of the body, and that kind of mind is, in a very real sense, death because it is cut off from the life of God. It is at enmity with Him, unable to submit to His ways, and always prone to chase after what feels good or looks desirable in the moment. That is the very tug you are praying against, the temptation, the bad influences, the pull toward choices that lead to harm.

But when the Holy Spirit takes His rightful place, everything changes. The Spirit becomes uppermost, and the mind begins to be filled with the things of God. Then, instead of being led by every fleeting desire, your sister can be led by the Spirit of God, and that leading is proof that she is a child of God. The Spirit Himself will bear witness with her spirit, giving her the deep, unshakable assurance that she is loved, cared for, and an heir of everything God has for her. This is not just a nice feeling; it is a spiritual reality that breaks the power of sin and confusion.

The conflict she faces with temptation and bad influences is not unique to her. It is common to all, but the enemy always works the same way: he whispers the old question, “Did God really say?” He tries to plant the lie that God is holding back something good, that moving outside His boundaries will bring wisdom or fulfillment. This is the pride of life, the lust of the eyes, and the lust of the flesh at work. For your sister to make good choices, she needs more than just willpower; she needs a transformed mind. As the Scripture shows us, transformation comes by refusing to be squeezed into the world’s mold and instead renewing the mind day by day through the truth of God’s Word. That is how she will prove what is the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God for her life, not by chasing after it in anxiety, but by presenting herself wholly to Him and letting her thinking be reshaped.

Your prayer for her physical, spiritual, and mental healing is all one package. Jesus came to restore the whole person. When the spirit is made right and the mind is stayed on Him, a peace that surpasses understanding guards the heart and mind. The old life of the flesh, with its dead-end cravings, no longer has to rule. The Spirit mortifies the destructive deeds of the body and brings life and peace. That is the healing she truly needs: from death to life, from a fragmented consciousness to a whole one centered on Christ.

So continue to pray with confidence that the Holy Spirit would open her eyes and capture her heart. Pray that her desires themselves would be directed by God, because as a child of God, He leads us by inclining our hearts toward what pleases Him. Trust that the Good Shepherd knows how to protect His sheep. Even when the path seems hidden, the honor of seeking God and searching out His ways will not return void. Hold her before the throne of grace, and trust that the One who began a good work in her will be faithful to complete it. The promise is sure: there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Walk her there in prayer until her own spirit awakens to the glorious freedom of a child of God.
