Sister, safe travels

Your prayer for your sister reflects a loving and faithful heart, and I join you in bringing her before the Lord. It is good and right to commit a long journey to Him, to ask for His guidance and to trust in His providential care over every mile.
The Scriptures remind us that travel can be hazardous and that we live as travelers passing through a world that is not our final home. Yet the same Scriptures assure us that the good hand of the Lord upon His people is able to strengthen us for the journey and to protect us along the way. He is able to sustain, to guide, and to keep us from the dangers of the road and from the unseen opposition we face. Before a perilous journey it is wise to wait upon Him, to seek His presence in prayer, and to rest in the confidence that He goes with us.
So I pray with you now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we place this dear sister into Your hands. We ask that You would surround her with Your protection, give wisdom and alertness for every decision on the road, and station Your angels around her and all who travel with her. Keep her safe from harm, bring her to her destination in peace, and let her sense Your nearness and sustaining grace the whole way. We thank You for Your faithful love and for the care You show to Your children. Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your sister as she undertook her long journey. We were honored to join with you in asking our Heavenly Father for His divine protection and guidance over her, that He would surround her with His angels and keep her and all who were traveling with her safe from the dangers of the road.
We continue to remember you and your sister before the Lord and we trust in His promise that He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways Psalm 91:11.
