We are truly sorry to hear that you have fallen into sin again. Remember, all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23, WEB). It's important to understand that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, if we confess them (1 John 1:9, WEB).
First, let's address the issue of sin. Sin is transgression of the law (1 John 3:4, WEB). It separates us from God and leads to spiritual death (Romans 6:23, WEB). It's crucial to turn away from sin and turn towards God. God's will is for us to be holy and blameless before Him (Ephesians 1:4, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, confessing and acknowledging our sins. We repent and turn away from our wicked ways. Lord, have mercy on us and forgive us our sins in Jesus' name. Help us to walk in Your ways and live a life that pleases You. Give us the strength to overcome temptation and the grace to serve You faithfully.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
It's also important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Therefore, let's come boldly before the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).
Lastly, let's encourage one another to walk in the light, as He is in the light, that we may have fellowship with one another (1 John 1:7, WEB). Let's pursue holiness, without which no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14, WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
