Sin yesterday is sin today

One dumb thing the world says a lot is I hear someone come out and admit they have an action or lifestyle the Bible called SIN, in no uncertain terms, but because these are "modern times", according to them, we've "evolved" in our thinking and therefore what was sin "back then", is now alright. Like how many times have I heard of a celebrity admitting they had same sex sexual relations with someone, and when the question was raised, their "fans" and followers say, "It doesn't matter" at all if they are gay, and the rest... It's 2018 now, we're more "advanced", this is what we do. Translation_now we're more "sophisticated", we see "nothing wrong" with it now. But does sin become not sin because time has passed? Uh, I don't think so!! God doesn't "change" because time has passed. If the Bible is God's Word, and something was called sin then, God didn't "change His mind" and say it's alright now. To me, this is just a deception, the people are deceived into thinking they've "advanced" when they're just approving of sin. The way we're forgiven of sin is if we accept our Savior. NOT because we live in a certain time frame. If an unsaved person dies in their sins in the year 100 BC they go to Hell. If an unsaved person dies in their sins in 2018, they go to Hell. Being set free from sin by man's viewpoints, that because we're in a different timeframe, doesn't do it. We needed God's salvation plan back then, and we still do. Right?

Only the Blood of Jesus can wash away all sin that we have committed in the past. Only in Jesus name we can be cleansed and purified from sin and evil. Cleanse my heart o Lord... ### said. We sin in word, in thought and in deed. But Jesus can cleanse and purify our hearts, mind and soul. Crown Him with many crowns... He is king of kings and Lord of lords. Amen

Sin and evil will not enter heaven. People who do this also will not enter heaven. I stand in awe of the Lord for giving such a wonderful reassurance of sin. The soul that sinneth it shall die. But Jesus came to save sinner from going to hell. Call on the Lord for cleansing, for forgiveness, for mercy. Jesus will hear from heaven and will forgive you and cleanse your soul from all sin.

Of course you are right! I hear this same illogical reasoning from my ### year old all the time. It is ridiculous. The degree of sin does not lessen with time! The fact is people, my generation (###’ers), have allowed their children to remain out of church or Godly worship. So they are easily deceived. God says that His people perish because they lack knowledge!

Excellent Blog! Satin wanted the last Century to ruin as many lives as he could. We see so much evil around us daily. People accept it as the norm. The news, internet, lifestyles, our selfish ways, speech, drugs, attitudes, not practicing your faith, and the list goes on and on with Satin interfering with our daily lives. His goal is to break up families, homes, and disregard God from our lives. The daily news media is so far to the left, the breakdown in our Gov't, and our values, morals, and ethical breakdown. It's all about me and not about who we should be serving Our Heavenly Father.

Pray is needed more than ever. Pray for peace. God is our peace. God, Our Loving Father, is our SAVIOR!
