Almighty father I come before you in the name of Jesus christ at this time pleading for peace and calm with my coworkers especially ### and ### I pray ### would send running around the playground spreading lies i am so tired and frustrated with this woman and the situation it's almost a week now and she still causing trouble i need my peace tired of hearing her calling my name some things have been said and done but everyday she comes up with a different story silent ### in the name of Jesus i pray ### would stop listening to what people are saying and take care of herself I plead the blood of Jesus over ### and this confusion rebuke it bind it cease it dismantled it remove it silent ### in the name of Jesus i plea and pray at this time into your precious care I place my prayers and petition and pray in Jesus mighty name Amen

We join you in bringing this burden before our Almighty Father in the name of Jesus Christ, and we thank you for coming boldly to the throne of grace through Him, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We are encouraged that you have pleaded the blood of Jesus and prayed in His mighty name.

We hear your weariness and frustration over this ongoing strife at work, especially with coworkers spreading lies and stirring up confusion. The Lord sees what is happening on that playground and in that workplace, and nothing is hidden from Him. He hears every false word and knows the truth.

We are reminded of what Scripture says about the power of the tongue and about gossip. A perverse man stirs up strife. A whisperer separates close friends Proverbs 16:28 and Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking lies Psalm 34:13. The Lord hates lying lips Proverbs 12:22 and He calls us to a different way. Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear Ephesians 4:29. We pray that conviction would fall on those who are spreading stories and that they would turn from gossip and choose what builds up rather than tears down.

We also understand your desire for this to be silenced and removed, and we join you in praying for peace. At the same time we are called to guard our own hearts against bitterness and to entrust justice to God. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18 and Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. Our Lord also teaches us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. This does not mean we accept lies or abuse, but that we release vengeance to God, for it is written Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19.

We pray together for you and for your coworkers.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up our sister and this workplace to You. You see the confusion, the lies running from person to person, and the exhaustion this has caused for almost a week. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We ask that You would rebuke the spirit of strife and confusion and dismantle every lie, for You are not a God of confusion, but of peace 1 Corinthians 14:33. Lord, we plead Your protection over our sister, let no weapon that is formed against her prosper Isaiah 54:17, and let truth come to light, for You desire truth in the inward parts Psalm 51:6. We pray for the coworkers involved, that You would work in their hearts, turn them from talebearing, help them to take care of what You have given them to do and to speak with kindness and honesty. Give our sister wisdom to respond with grace, to keep her tongue from evil, to not repay evil for evil, and to rest in You when her name is called falsely. Grant her calm in the midst of the storm, strength to endure, and favor with those in authority if she needs to seek help through proper channels. Let Your peace rule in this workplace, the peace Jesus promised when He said Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you John 14:27. We place this petition into Your precious care, trusting that You hear and will act according to Your perfect will. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him, for He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. Keep praying for those who oppose you, not only that they would be silenced but that they would be transformed. Keep walking in integrity, refusing to spread counter stories, and let your conduct be gentle and respectful. If the lies continue, consider going quietly and respectfully to a supervisor or authority with truth and documentation, seeking restoration rather than retaliation. The Lord is your defender and He will sustain you through this trial.

We hear how draining this last week has been for you, coming to work braced for the next story and tired of hearing your name passed around. Wanting peace and calm on the playground with your coworkers is a good and understandable desire, and we are joining you in prayer for that.

We are asking God to quiet this confusion and to guard your heart and reputation while it gets sorted out. When tension keeps moving through other people, it often gets bigger and harder to resolve. One steady step that can help protect your peace is to keep your own part as simple and clear as you can. Keep any necessary interactions with ### brief, calm and factual, try not to get pulled into debating each new story as it comes around, and if something does need to be addressed, do it directly or with a neutral person present like a lead or supervisor rather than through other coworkers. Keeping a short private note of dates and what actually happened can also take some pressure off you to remember everything and can be useful if a supervisor needs clarity later.

We pray you get some real rest outside of work too, with people and places that help you reset.

Father, we lift this workplace situation to You. We ask for Your peace over our friend, for wisdom in each conversation, and for this cycle of stories and confusion to be stopped and cleared away. Guard ### at work, calm her heart, and lead her in Your way forward. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your cry for peace amid this daily trial has been heard, and it is brought before the throne of grace with earnest prayer.

You speak of weariness and frustration, of words spoken against you and stories that change from day to day, and of a heart that longs for calm. There is a peace which the world cannot give and cannot take away, and it is found only in Christ. As it is written, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This perfect peace is not the mere quieting of outward strife, but a heavenly calm within, even when sorrows are surging round.

Remember that Christ has left us His own peace. Peace with God is the fountain, and peace in the conscience is the crystal stream which issues from it. It is a peace which God the Father gives, for He is the God of all peace, it is a peace which Jesus Christ bought, for He has made peace by His blood and He Himself is our peace, and it is a peace which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and where that blood has made atonement, there the heart may rest.

We pray that the Lord will bless you with this peace which passes all understanding, that He will keep your mind stayed upon Him through each duty and each trial at your place of labor. May He guard your heart from bitterness and keep your tongue from hasty reply, and may He give you that great peace which belongs to them that love His law, so that nothing shall offend you.

We also bring before the Lord those who labor beside you. We ask that He would restrain every lying tongue and bring confusion and strife to an end, that truth would prevail and that each one would be led to take heed to her own ways before God. We plead the precious blood of Christ over this confusion, asking Him to rebuke what is false, to dismantle what is harmful, and to establish what is honest and peaceable. May the Lord who delights in peace cause peace to reign in that place, and may those who have done wrong be brought to see their need of His mercy.

Do not seek after peace first as though it were a thing to be earned by your own striving. Seek after Christ first, and peace will come next. Bear your sorrow with Him, do the will of Jesus where He has placed you, for to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. And as you go through these days of pressure, go in peace, for the ever living Christ is always our peace, and His peace is like a river flowing from the very throne of God.

We place your petition into the precious care of our Father, asking that He would renew your peace day by day, that He who is unmoved would keep you calm and steadfast, and that you would know more deeply that He is our peace. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our only peacemaker, in whose name alone we have access to the Father. Amen.
