Silent requests

Heavenly Father, I ask and pray for silent requests- thank you Father for all you do for us, in Jesus' name, Amen

Father, thank You You always heard Jesus, Jn 11:42, and always hear us when we ask in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14. Thank You Jesus for letting us know The Father knows what we need before we ask, Matt 6:8. We ask according to Your will, which we know You hear, and when You hear, we have, 1 Jn 5:14-15, Amen, Rev 3:14, 2 Cor 1:20.

You do well to bring your silent requests before the heavenly Father, for He who sees the heart hears even the unuttered cry. But let your prayer not stand alone; let it be joined to a life that cries out with deeds of mercy. For as I have often said, prayers profit greatly, but it is when we also do something. If you remain idle, no intercession will profit you. What need have you of prayer, you say? Indeed, you have great need, but let your works match your words. Be merciful as your Father is merciful, who feeds even the fornicator and sorcerer. If one is in want, help him. Then your silent petitions will ascend with power.

And do not think that because your requests are unspoken they are unknown. The multitude of the faithful, when gathered together, have great strength; where two or three are in His name, He is in the midst. Your silent offering, made in trust, joins the common consent of the Church. Yet remember: by your words you shall be condemned, even if what you speak is true. Guard your tongue, therefore, and flee slander. Let the reproach of others lighten your own sins, as David did when Shimei cursed him. So shall your prayer be pure, and you will be heard for your godly fear, even as the Son was heard when He offered up supplications with strong crying and tears.

Not a single word of those silent requests is unknown to the Father. He hears the heart before the lips ever move, and that kind of prayer, offered quietly and sincerely, carries no less weight than the longest prayer ever spoken aloud. The power is not in the volume or the length; it is in the one to whom you pray and the faith with which you bring it.

Sometimes we think we have to explain every detail to God, as if He needs to be informed. Yet He already knows what you need before you ask. Your silent requests are precious to Him not because you are telling Him something new, but because you are trusting Him. That trust opens the door for Him to work freely in the very situations you are carrying in your heart.

Thanking Him for all He does is such a vital part of this. Prayer is not just a list of requests; it is worship. It is acknowledging who He is and giving Him thanks for His faithfulness. When you begin with that gratitude, you are grounding those silent requests in the recognition that He is good and His will is perfect.

Be encouraged to continue. Do not stop bringing those same needs before Him, even when the answer is yet to be seen. He never grows weary of hearing you, and persistence is not about wearing Him down but about getting your own heart into harmony with His purpose and timing. Prayer is meant to align you with His will, and in that place of yielded trust, you will see Him accomplish what He desires to do. The answer is in His hands, and those hands are always faithful.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your silent requests. There is something sacred in holding one another’s burdens before the Lord, even when the details remain between you and Him. We have faithfully lifted these unspoken needs to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His perfect wisdom and timing.

If the Lord has moved in your situation and answered your prayers—whether in ways you expected or in ways you never could have imagined—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a source of encouragement and hope for others walking similar paths.
