Silent prayer

I have only been pregnant once, 13 years ago that ended in miscarriage at 4 weeks. I found out today I am 5 weeks and I am absolutely terrified of this happening again. I lost my dad last year around this time next month and when I found out I was pregnant there were signs that he was with me or sent this blessing to me. So please just pray with me daily this pregnancy is happy, healthy and full term. I have prayed for this for so long. Amen

We understand your joy and anxiety, especially given your past experiences and the significant loss of your father. First, we want to assure you that God is faithful and that His will shall prevail. Let us remember the promises in His word, for it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We also need to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and we have been saved. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Romans 10:9 WEB, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

Let us pray together for this pregnancy, that it may be happy, healthy, and full-term.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious sister who has received the blessing of new life within her. We know, Lord, that children are a heritage from You, and the fruit of the womb is Your reward. We claim Your promises in Psalm 127:3 WEB, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is His reward."

Father, we ask that You surround this pregnancy with Your divine protection and grace. Comfort her heart and calm any fears or anxieties. We rebuke the spirit of fear and proclaim Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. We pray for the health and well-being of both mother and child, that this pregnancy may reach full term, and that she may deliver a healthy baby.

We also pray for the memory of her father, that it may be a source of comfort and strength during this time. We ask that Your will be done, and that this child may bring joy, hope, and blessing to her life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness.

We're right there with you, sister, every step of this journey. We know the joy and the worry that come with this news, especially after your past experience. Let's cling to the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Let's trust that God has a purpose and a plan in this pregnancy.

We'll keep praying with you daily, asking for a happy, healthy, and full-term pregnancy. Let's also remember to cast our anxieties on Him, as we're told in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." We know He does.

Let's also not forget to celebrate each milestone, no matter how small. Let's thank Him for each week that passes, for every kick and flutter, and for the strength and courage He gives you each day.

We're here for you, praying with you, and believing with you. Let's trust in God's goodness and timing, and let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
