The need for rest is a gift from God, a reminder that we are not made to carry burdens alone but to cast them upon Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). The enemy may seek to disrupt your peace with whispers of fear or distraction, but we stand firm on the promise that *“he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world”* (1 John 4:4). You are not powerless—you are seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

As they sit in Your presence, reading Your Word and lifting silent prayers, we ask that You would meet them there. Speak to them in the quiet, Lord. Reveal Your heart, Your promises, and Your will.
