Heavenly father I come before you in the name of Jesus christ at this time lifting up my coworkers ### and ### to stop the confusion keep ### far away from our surrounding without any confusion she is creating so much confusion between the nannies I lift this group in prayers at this time to bind the confusion in the name of Jesus i plead and pray in Jesus name Amen 🙏

We join you in lifting up this burden before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, and we thank you for coming boldly to Him in that precious name. We hear the weariness and frustration that comes when confusion and division enter a workplace, especially among a close group like fellow nannies who must trust and rely on one another.

We are reminded that God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 14:33, For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace. Where confusion takes root there is often something deeper at work. James 3:16 says, For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed. The enemy delights in stirring strife, whispering, and separating close friends, but we know that our God delights in unity. Psalm 133:1 tells us, See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity, and Ephesians 4:3 urges us to be eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

We rebuke the spirit of confusion, gossip, and division that has been sowing discord among you. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, and we do not wish harm upon the coworker who is causing this turmoil, but we do stand against the works of darkness that use words to stir up strife. Proverbs 16:28 warns, A perverse man stirs up strife. A whisperer separates close friends. We also gently encourage you to guard your own heart against responding with bitterness or retaliation. Our calling is to be peacemakers, for Matthew 5:9 says, Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God. And Romans 12:18 instructs us, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.

We encourage you to continue to pray not only that confusion be bound, but that the one bringing confusion would be touched and transformed by the Lord. Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who cause us difficulty. Rather than only asking that she be kept far away, we pray also that her heart would be softened, that she would come to know peace herself and no longer desire to sow division. At the same time, it is wise to set loving boundaries, to speak truth in love, and to refuse to repeat or entertain whispering. If possible, go directly and gently to those involved, seek clarity, and let your speech be gracious and truthful.

We now pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this workplace and this group of nannies to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see the confusion that has been created and the hurt it has caused. We bind that confusion in the name of Jesus and we loose Your peace over that surrounding. We ask that You would silence gossip, jealousy, and selfish ambition, and let every evil deed be exposed and removed. We pray for the coworker who is sowing division, that You would draw her close to You, convict her heart, grant her repentance, and fill her with Your love and peace. If it is Your will to keep her influence far from this group, we trust You to do so in Your perfect way, but above all we ask for her transformation.

Father, we pray for unity among these coworkers. Help each nanny to love one another, to bear with one another in love, to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to be eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Give them wisdom to speak only what is helpful for building others up, to refuse whispering, and to pursue what makes for peace. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We claim Your promise that whatever we bind on earth will have been bound in heaven and whatever we loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven, and we agree together that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are in our midst.

Strengthen the one who brought this request, give her courage, discernment, and a quiet spirit to be a light in that place. Let her be a peacemaker who reflects Christ. We thank You that we have access to You only through Jesus, and we rest in His name and His finished work. We ask all these things according to Your will, in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Thank you for sharing this with us. Working where there is ongoing confusion between coworkers, especially when you are caring for children together, can be exhausting and make every shift feel tense. We are praying with you for peace in that place.

One thing that often helps when confusion spreads is to pause and sort what is known from what is assumed. It can be easy for stories to travel between people and grow. When possible, keeping conversations direct and kind, and not carrying concerns about one person to others first, can keep things from escalating. If your workplace has a lead nanny, supervisor or other neutral person, asking them to help facilitate a calm, brief conversation about roles and expectations can give everyone a chance to be heard with respect.

We are also praying for wisdom for you in how to respond day to day, to stay steady and gracious even when things feel stirred up.

Father, we lift this whole nanny team to You in Jesus name. Bring calm where there has been confusion and guard the unity needed to care well for the families you serve. Give each person, including ###, wisdom and a respectful heart, and give our friend discernment, patience and peace as she navigates these relationships. Lead toward what is healthy and honoring to You. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your prayer concerning the confusion that has troubled your work among the nannies, and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace.

There is a peace which God alone can give, and it is not the mere quieting of outward strife but a peace founded upon reconciliation with Himself through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. The prophet has said, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This perfect peace is a present possession even when duties press and sorrows surge around us, for the blood of Jesus whispers peace within.

We must seek that peace which is a blessing, the peace which passes all understanding and which Christ Himself has purchased and left as His legacy to His people when He said, My peace I give unto you. A false peace cries Peace, peace where there is no peace, but true peace comes only through faith in the Lord Jesus, who is our peace. Do not seek after peace first, but seek after Christ first, and peace will come next, for He is the fountain and peace in the conscience is the crystal stream which issues from it.

We also hear your desire for unity in your labour together. The Scripture exhorts us to endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. That unity is not to be kept at the expense of truth, but it is a unity of holy hearts made one in Christ, working together against the common foe and contending for the common truth of God. Where confusion has entered, let us pray that the Lord will chase out of every heart that which would break the unity which God would establish, and that He will make each one more prepared by the work of Christ for their own place.

Therefore let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, the only name whereby we must be saved, we come before You and plead for Your peace to reign in this place of work. Lord, You are the God of all peace, and Christ has made peace by His blood. We ask that You would keep the mind of Your servant stayed upon You and grant that perfect peace which the world cannot give. Bless all who labour there, even those named before You, and work in every heart by Your Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of peace. Remove confusion, rebuke the designs of the adversary who would divide, and grant wisdom, patience, and holy love that the unity of the Spirit may be kept in the bond of peace. Let not mere outward quiet be sought, but that inward reconciliation with You which brings true concord with one another. Keep these nannies and all in that household in Your keeping, and let Your will be done among them for Your glory. In the name of Jesus Christ our peace, Amen.

Heavenly Father, we lift up these coworkers to You. We ask for peace and unity among them, for *"God is not a God of confusion but of peace"* (**1 Corinthians 14:33**). Remove all confusion and strife, for *"where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice"* (**James 3:16**). Bind every spirit of division in Jesus' name and let harmony prevail, for *"blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God"* (**Matthew 5:9**).

In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer about the confusion among the nannies has been heard, and it is right that you bring this burden to God instead of letting it grow in silence.

Scripture teaches that God is not a God of confusion or of fighting, but of peace. The laws of peace are given to us as medicines of salvation, not as laws of overthrow and confusion. Christ says, My peace I give to you, and we are told to follow peace with all men and holiness, without which no one shall see the Lord. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God, and those who imitate the Son of God are those who are at peace even with the haters of peace.

For this reason I encourage you not to rush into conflict, but to deprecate conflicts and wait quietly before God. When we are dragged into strife we must stand nobly, but when we are not summoned we should be quiet and show freedom from vainglory and nobleness of spirit. Every conflict has its root in covetousness or envy or vainglory. Cut out the root and there will be no fruit. If someone takes money or honor, they have not taken your true treasure which is above, and the one who plots against a neighbor first destroys himself. So look first to your own heart, lest while you see the speck in your brother's eye you fail to see the beam in your own. To remember no evil and to be free from enmity delights God more than anything, and it sets us free from our own sins.

It is also wise to seek times and places clear of confusion. Solitude is fitting for the study of wisdom, and to come near to God we need to be free from disturbance, even for a short time each day, to pray and to be still. There in quiet you can ask for His peace, which is not like the external peace of the world that is often empty, but the peace He gives that makes you strong and at peace with one another.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ your Son, through whom alone we have salvation, we come before you and lift up this workplace and every nanny who serves there. You see the confusion and the strife that has arisen, and you know each heart by name. We ask you to bind what causes confusion and to make war and fighting to cease, both that which is against you and that which is against our neighbor. Grant your peace that passes understanding, the peace that Christ leaves with us. Make these coworkers to be at peace with one another, to speak with kindness and truth, and to forgive as you have forgiven us. Soften every heart, take away envy and vainglory, and teach all to despise the things that lead to strife and to seek the treasure above. Give wisdom to set proper boundaries in love, to protect this work from turmoil, and to act not from anger but from holiness and love. Help this one who prays to be a peacemaker, to remember no evil, and to follow peace with all. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Continue to pray in this way, seeking not harm for anyone but the good of all, that God may be glorified and that you may be kept in His peace.

Your honest prayer about the confusion at work matters to God, and He hears your desire for peace in that place.

Living and working among tension and misunderstanding is exhausting, and the longing you feel for calm and unity is exactly what God wants for you as well. Scripture makes a distinction that is helpful here. First there is peace with God, which only comes through the blood of Jesus Christ shed for our sins. When we have been at war with God, that war in our own hearts continues, but when our sins are forgiven through Jesus, the war is over and we are reconciled to Him. Only then can we know the second kind of peace, the peace of God that guards our hearts and minds.

That peace is described as perfect peace for the one whose mind is stayed on the Lord because he trusts in Him, and as a peace that passes all human understanding. Jesus said to His disciples, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, not as the world gives. The world cannot give or even understand this peace, because it does not come from circumstances being calm, but from confidence that God is in control and will take care of what concerns you. When your mind is turned toward Him in trust, even in a chaotic workplace, His peace can fill your heart and keep you steady.

Scripture also says that grace and peace always come in that order. We cannot experience the peace of God until we have first received the grace of God. And the wisdom that comes from above is peaceable. It leads to peace and allows us to live at peace with others. The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace, and Jesus said blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God. That is different from only asking that a difficult person be kept far away. God invites you to sow peace where you are, to seek the peace of the place where He has put you and to pray for it, trusting that His thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope.

So in this situation with the nannies, keep bringing your heart to the Lord and keep your mind stayed on Him. Ask Him to guard your heart from turmoil, to give you wisdom that is gentle and peaceable, and to help you be one who sows peace rather than being drawn into the confusion. Pray not only for distance from strife, but for God to work in every heart involved, including your own, so that His peace can rule there.

Let us pray together. Father, we thank You for making peace with us through the blood of Jesus, and for offering us Your peace that goes beyond understanding. We lift up this workplace and every coworker there to You. We ask You to quiet the confusion and to let Your peace keep this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Teach us to trust You more fully, to keep our minds stayed on You, and to sow peace where there has been strife, so that the fruit of righteousness may grow. We ask for Your wisdom, Your guarding presence, and Your perfect peace to fill this situation. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
