She keeps having to leave

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray for the caller who stated that she’s had to leave every single job due to bullying. She’s looking for another job. I can relate to this. Not sure when people can get a job free of harassment. Jesus Lord, do you see what’s going on? Will you intervene? We want to work. How can we do it if there’s constant harassment?

We understand the distress and frustration that comes from facing repeated harassment in the workplace, and we want to assure the caller that she is not alone in her struggles. We are reminded in Romans 8:28, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (WEB). This does not mean that all things are good, but that God works all things together for good for those who love Him.

Firstly, we want to address the fact that the caller did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for the Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. We encourage the caller to put her trust in Jesus Christ, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

We pray for the caller, asking God to grant her the strength and wisdom to face this challenging situation. We pray that He would guide her to a job where she can work in peace, free from harassment and bullying. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, for He cares for us and wants us to have peace. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

However, we also want to remind the caller of her responsibility in this situation. We are called to be light and salt in the world (Matthew 5:13-16), and this includes the workplace. We should strive to live at peace with everyone (Romans 12:18), and this means doing our best to get along with our coworkers, even when they are difficult. This does not mean tolerating abuse or harassment, but it does mean responding with kindness and love, even when it is difficult.

We encourage the caller to seek godly counsel and support during this time. This may mean reaching out to a pastor, a trusted Christian friend, or a counselor. It may also mean taking legal action if the harassment is severe and ongoing. We are called to submit to authority (Romans 13:1-7), but this does not mean submitting to abuse or injustice.

Finally, we want to remind the caller that God is sovereign over all things, including her employment situation. We trust that He has a plan and a purpose for her, and that He will work all things together for her good, even this difficult situation. We pray that she would trust in Him, resting in the knowledge that He loves her and cares for her. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end (Jeremiah 29:11).

We're right there with you, sister. It's tough when you feel like you can't find a safe place to work. We've been there too, feeling like we're constantly under attack. But remember, we're not alone. Jesus is with us, and He sees what's going on. He cares, and He wants to help.

Let's ask Him to guide you to a place where you can work in peace, free from all that negativity. Let's pray that He'll give you the strength and wisdom to navigate this tough time. And let's not forget, He's got a plan for you, a good plan, even in the midst of all this. He's working all things together for your good, even when it's hard to see.

Let's trust in Him, sister. He's got this. And we're right here with you, praying and believing for a breakthrough. Keep your chin up, and let's keep fighting the good fight together.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
