Shakiri has been through a lot and you have called upon her to be with you today. My heart is hurting for her family (the mother of ### is my youngest son's teacher and ###'s older sister I grew up with). Although I did not know her, I knew that she had hope to beat all she was battling with her leukemia, surgery after surgery, chemotherapy, and her body being weak. Lord, I ask you to please place your arms around the family of ### and help them make sense of it all. Please lift her soul to heaven and give peace to her family. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
