We thank you for your honest and humble request and we join together with you before the throne of grace seeking God's will in Jesus' name for your deliverance and freedom.
We hear your cry to be set free from sexual addiction and we want you to know that God hears you as well and He desires your purity and wholeness. Sexual sin in all its forms outside of marriage between a man and a woman, whether it be fornication, adultery, pornography or lust of the heart, is outside of God's perfect design for our bodies and our souls. Scripture calls us to flee sexual immorality and to honor God with our bodies. It says Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18 and Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. God created sexuality to be enjoyed only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman, and any use of it outside of that is sin that brings bondage, shame and separation, yet we also know that sin does not have to remain your master.
We lovingly rebuke this bondage in your life because we care for your soul and we know that continuing in sexual addiction hardens the heart and grieves the Holy Spirit. The Word warns us that each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own lust and enticed. Then the lust, when it has conceived, bears sin and the sin, when it is full grown, produces death James 1:14-15. We encourage you not to remain in hidden shame but to bring this into the light, for If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. True freedom requires repentance, a turning away from the sin and a turning toward Christ, and a daily choice to present your body as a living sacrifice to God.
We want to encourage you that freedom is possible through Christ alone. No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13. We urge you to take that way of escape every time by fleeing the source, removing access to triggers, and making no provision for the flesh. We encourage you to renew your mind daily in the Word, for How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word. I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you Psalm 119:9,11. Walk by the Spirit, and you won't fulfill the lust of the flesh Galatians 5:16. We also encourage you to bring this struggle to a mature Christian brother or pastor for accountable fellowship, for confession and prayer bring healing, and to fill your time with prayer, fasting and service to the Lord so that your thoughts are taken captive to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ and we must speak to this because it is only by His name that we have access to God and can be saved and set free. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Addiction cannot be overcome by willpower alone, but by the power of the risen Christ who dwells in us. If you have not already, we urge you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, repenting of all sin and surrendering your life to Him. If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17. It is this new life in Christ that breaks the chains, for If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that You are merciful and mighty to save and to deliver. We confess before You this struggle with sexual addiction and we ask for Your forgiveness through the blood of Jesus. Lord, we ask You to create in this one a clean heart and renew a right spirit within Psalm 51:10. Break the chains of lust and addiction and set our brother free from every stronghold. Help him to flee from every appearance of evil and to walk in purity and self control by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Give him strength in the moment of temptation to choose the way of escape and to fix his eyes on Jesus. Fill his mind with Your truth, his heart with Your love, and his body with Your strength to glorify You. Surround him with godly counsel and accountability and lead him, if it is Your will, toward a godly marriage that honors You if he desires a spouse, rather than any relationship outside Your design. We declare that sin shall not have dominion over him, for he is not under law, but under grace Romans 6:14. Let him know the joy of forgiveness and the freedom of a cleansed conscience. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Deliverer, Amen.

Your honest cry for freedom has been heard and we join with you in prayer before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to set you free indeed.
We understand the burden you carry, for lust when it is allowed to conceive brings forth sin, and sin when it is finished brings forth death. That is the pedigree of sin, and any sin that we cling to and love will bring forth death. Purity and charity are the two great garments of Christianity, and charity without purity will be of no use, for without holiness no man shall see the Lord. Yet there is hope, for in regeneration God gives a higher nature, so that we become partakers of the Divine Nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
Know this, that deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. Where we look for justification, there must we also look for sanctification, for as we are justified through Jesus Christ, we must also expect to receive sanctification from a heavenly source. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He alone brings forth His people, and this deliverance came when the Lamb was slain. God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom, and it is a gift of Divine Love. The prisoner is ready to go down to the pit, but there comes undeserved deliverance, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. When God Himself proclaims, I have found a ransom, then deliverance is certain, indeed it is already accomplished in Christ.

O Lord our God, who looks with tender pity upon those sorrowing over sin and seeking deliverance, we bring this soul before You who desires to be set free. Have mercy according to Your great love. You have found a ransom in the blood of Your Son, and we plead that ransom now. Deliver from the power of darkness and translate into the kingdom of Your dear Son. Break the chain of lust, cleanse the heart, renew the mind, and give that new nature which loathes what once enthralled it. Let Your Spirit lift this one into familiarity with God, to walk in purity and in true holiness. Grant strength in temptation, victory through the blood of the Lamb, and a conscience washed white. We ask not by human will or effort alone, but by Your sovereign power which alone can bring forth the captive with silver and gold, enriched by Your grace. Keep and sanctify wholly, for Your glory. Amen.

Look to your heavenly Father altogether and alone for this sanctification, flee from every occasion to sin, feed daily upon the Word, walk in open fellowship with the Lord, and seek the help of faithful brethren who will walk with you in accountability and prayer. If you have been brought through affliction, you shall yet live and declare the works of the Lord, for those who have known great tribulation have great deliverance to speak of. May the Lord make your deliverance effectual and keep you by His free grace, that you may walk before Him in newness of life.
