Sexual sin

Father, 

i need help with abstinence from sexual sin. I find myself constantly wanting to indulge in self-pleasure. Please allow me the self-restraint that I need, so that I keep the job I have and don't embarrass myself.

Get in to the word of God everyday ,  study to show thy self approved workman who need not be ashamed, handling the word of truth. He will hepl you if you pres onto His will and I also pour out upon you the spirit of an overcome. In Jesus name.
