Humble Servant of All
severe stress caregivign for two peoel all day. every day fo rhte last ten years.i nee dhelaign myself

We hear the deep exhaustion and burden in your words, and our hearts ache with you. Ten years of caregiving without relief is a weight that would crush even the strongest among us. The Lord sees your sacrifice, your love, and your weariness, He does not turn away from those who are poured out like a drink offering (Philippians 2:17). But beloved, even Jesus withdrew to lonely places to pray and rest (Luke 5:16). If the Savior needed solitude and renewal, how much more do you?

Your body is crying out for hydration and rest, and we must address this with urgency. Dehydration and chronic stress are not merely physical trials, they are spiritual alarms, signaling that your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) is in distress. The enemy would love nothing more than to see you broken under this load, but God’s Word declares, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). That invitation is for you, right now.

First, we must rebuke the lie that you are alone in this or that asking for help is weakness. Scripture is filled with examples of God’s people receiving support, Moses had Aaron and Hur to hold up his arms (Exodus 17:12), and the early church shared their burdens so that no one lacked (Acts 4:34-35). You were never meant to carry this alone. We pray that the Lord would raise up hands to lift yours, whether through family, church community, respite care, or even government assistance. "Two are better than one... for if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

Second, we must address the spiritual dehydration alongside the physical. When was the last time you drank deeply from the well of living water (John 4:14)? When was the last time you allowed yourself to be ministered to, rather than always being the minister? Jesus said, "Apart from me, you can do nothing" (John 15:5). This is not condemnation, it is an invitation to stop striving in your own strength. We rebuke the spirit of martyrdom that whispers, "No one else can do this" or "I must keep going until I collapse." That is not faith; that is pride disguised as sacrifice.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your precious child, who has given so much of herself in love and service. Lord, You see the tears she has cried in secret, the nights she has lain awake, the body that is crying out for nourishment. We ask You to pour out Your healing balm upon her, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Father, stir the hearts of those around her to step in with practical help. Raise up hands to lift her arms, voices to speak encouragement, and resources to lighten her load. Give her the courage to ask for help and the wisdom to receive it.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of exhaustion and isolation that has taken root. We declare that she is not forgotten, not abandoned, and not without hope. You are the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4), and You are watching over her even now. We pray for supernatural strength to fill her where she is weak, for hydration to restore her body, and for peace to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help her to carve out moments of stillness, even if they are brief, to sit at Your feet like Mary and receive from You (Luke 10:39-42).

Father, we also ask for forgiveness where she has relied on her own strength instead of Yours. Teach her to abide in You daily, for apart from You, she can do nothing (John 15:5). Surround her with Your presence, and let her feel the reality of Your promise: "I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint" (Jeremiah 31:25). We pray for divine appointments, people who will check in on her, bring her meals, or simply sit with her in silence. And Lord, if there are areas where she has neglected her own health out of duty, give her the conviction and the means to prioritize it now.

We also pray for the two she cares for. May they sense Your love through her, even in her weariness. Give her patience, tenderness, and wisdom in every interaction. And if there are moments when she feels resentment or bitterness creeping in, remind her that You are her vindicator and her reward (Colossians 3:23-24).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would restore her joy. The enemy has stolen so much from her, time, energy, peace, but we declare that You came to give life abundantly (John 10:10). Let her laugh again. Let her rest. Let her know, deep in her soul, that she is seen, she is loved, and she is not alone.

In the mighty name of Jesus, the One who bore our burdens so that we would not have to carry them alone, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we urge you to take one small step today, whether it’s setting a timer to drink a glass of water every hour, texting a friend to ask for prayer, or simply closing your eyes for five minutes to breathe and whisper, "Jesus, I need You." You are not failing. You are human, and you are deeply loved. The God who parted the Red Sea can surely make a way for you in this wilderness. Keep going, but lean on Him. He is your strength.

Ten years of continuous caregiving is a weight that would exhaust anyone, and you're telling us your own body is now sounding the alarm. When you're pouring out all day for two people you love, it can feel impossible to stop and refill your own cup, but the severe dehydration alone tells us your basic needs have been pushed aside for far too long. We don't need to tell you to care for others, you've proven that beyond measure. What we want you to hear is that you matter too, and you simply cannot keep going on empty.

One practical step right now is to address the dehydration seriously. Please see a doctor or visit an urgent care clinic, not just to rehydrate but to let a professional assess how the stress has been affecting your body. That is not selfish; it's necessary stewardship of the life God has given you. After that, we'd encourage you to look for even a few hours of regular respite. Is there a neighbor, a friend from church, or a community volunteer program that could step in so you can take an afternoon away? Even two hours a week to sit quietly, sleep, or do something that restores you can begin to reverse the damage of chronic stress. You've shouldered this alone for a decade, but you were never meant to be the sole caretaker forever.

We're praying for you now: Lord Jesus, you see this weary one who has given so much. We ask you to bring tangible help to their door, someone to share the load and a doctor's wisdom to guide their recovery. Quiet their mind, restore their body, and remind them they are your beloved, not just a caregiver. In your name, Amen.

You have borne a yoke that has worn you down unto dust and dried up your very bones. The length of your trial seems beyond enduring, and your cry rises out of the wilderness of exhaustion. Yet hear this, and hear it as life to your spirit: there is a rest that is given to those who come to Jesus even now, a rest for you in the very midst of this ceaseless labor. It is not rest after the work is done, nor rest after death alone; it is a present, perfect rest given there and then when the soul leans utterly upon Christ.

But mark well, it is rest on the wing, rest in motion, not with the yoke off but with the yoke gladly taken from His hand. You say you need healing yourself. True healing is found in Him, a healing that comes forth not only from the great fruit of His sacrifice but even from the leaves of that blessed Tree. The least things about Christ are full of healing virtue: a glance of faith, a whispered prayer, a moment spent at His feet.

See how He dealt with Peter’s wife’s mother, He took her by the hand and lifted her up, and immediately the fever left her and she ministered to them. Your service, which has been the furnace of your affliction, shall itself be the place where He gives you strength to arise and serve in a new spirit. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings for those who are dried up and brought to the dust of death. And this healing comes not by some long lesson or intricate work, but by that same gracious word He spoke to the palsied man: your sins are forgiven you.

Pardon and healing are one gift from the same pierced hand. Cast yourself upon Him for both. Let but your mind be brought to the mind of Christ in this, He made Himself of no reputation and took upon Him the form of a servant, and you shall find rest unto your soul. Trust, and you shall rest.

Return unto Him, for you never will find rest out of Christ. He has dried up the well of bitterness; if it seems to touch your lips again, it shall be transformed into a healing draught. Look to Him. Now.

The healing power is present where He is teaching you by His Word. Do not let your ears be entangled with the cares of this life, even the necessary and wearying ones, so that the Word slips away. Hear it feelingly, and let it cut into your soul, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. You value the instrument that broke your heart, but it is the Lord alone who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.

The responsibility of your soul’s rest no longer lies with your own strength to bear up. He gives rest; you find it in learning of Him. Take His yoke, for it is shared.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your words, even in their brokenness, tell of a soul poured out like water. Ten years, day after day, caring for two souls, your own strength drying up until you cry out for healing yourself. I hear that cry, and the Lord hears it still more. He is not indifferent to your exhaustion.

Consider the man at the pool of Bethesda, who for thirty-eight years lay waiting, with no one to help him into the water. Jesus came to him alone, leaving the rest, and asked, "Wilt thou be made whole?" Not because He did not know the man's desire, but to draw forth his perseverance and to show that He sees those who have no helper. You are that man. You have no human aid to lift you into the healing waters, but the Lord Himself approaches you. He sees your long endurance, your daily sacrifice, your body and spirit parched beyond bearing. Cry out to Him with the same importunity.

Never cease from prayer, for it is at all seasons, and without ceasing, that we are commanded to approach God. The widow with her endless pleas, the friend at midnight with his shameless knocking, the Canaanite woman who would not be turned away even by words that seemed harsh, all these overcame by perseverance. Do not consider your unworthiness; it was while she was yet called a dog that the woman received the bread of the children. Your very exhaustion, laid before God with insistence, makes you worthy to receive.

Do not say, "I have prayed and nothing changes." A tree receives many strokes and does not fall, yet later one blow brings it down; the earlier strokes prepared the way. Your prayers, your tears, the very weight of this decade of caregiving are not lost. The healing you need, for body and soul, will spring forth suddenly when the right moment comes. In the meantime, cling to the same perseverance you have shown in caring for others. Turn that persistent love upon your own need by casting yourself upon the Physician of souls. He has power not only to heal but to restore, and He will not finally deny the one who cries to him day and night.

So I say to you: Lift up your head. The Lord stands before you asking, "Wilt thou be made whole?" Answer Him with your whole heart, and do not stop asking. Your healing will come, and the fruit of this long trial will be a refreshment you cannot now imagine. Endure a little longer, and the one who enabled you to pour out care will pour back into you life and strength.

You have been pouring yourself out every day for ten years, and your body and soul are shouting that they are empty. The severe stress, the dehydration, these are not just physical warning signs. They reveal a heart that has been giving without being filled, and the Lord sees that desperate need.

I think of a man named Jabez, whose very name meant sorrow because of the pain surrounding his birth. But he cried to the Lord: “Oh, bless me indeed, and enlarge my border, and let Your hand be with me, and keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me.” And God granted his request. Jabez did not ask because he was so good; he leaned on the goodness of God, who loves to bless. That is what you need right now, not more tasks to prove yourself, but God’s hand holding you up so you will not collapse. You need His blessing, His enlargement, not of chores, but of strength and breathing room.

So often we think life depends on our endless doing for God and others. But the heart of the New Testament is what God has already done for us. He spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all. How much more will He not freely give you all things, including the healing and restoration you crave? He is the all-sufficient one who said, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” You do not have to earn a cup of cold water from Him; you only have to come and drink.

This long stretch of caregiving has become a wilderness where you are worn down, still pulled by the constant demands as if you could never pause. It is so easy to trade what is truly valuable, your health, your peace, your very spirit, for the relentless pressure, like exchanging gold for glass beads. But God never designed you to labor without ceasing. In His order, even the land had its sabbaths, and the priests served in turns so none would be crushed. Your body’s thirst is real, and your soul’s thirst is just as urgent.

Perhaps you have been pushing forward in your own way, insisting you must carry this alone, much like those in Scripture who begged for an extension of life and later saw painful consequences. I gently urge you to seek God’s order for this season. Ask Him for wisdom, as Solomon did, and trust that He may show you a path that still honors your loved ones but also preserves you. His grace is enough in this thorny place.

Do not fight against the Lord of your fathers; He is your captain. Your life in Christ, even in this hidden labor, is a living letter known and read by others. They see your devotion, but they also need to see a soul sustained by God, not shattered. Come to Him with your dehydration of spirit. Let Him pour out the living water that truly satisfies. He can heal, deliver, and bring you out of the slavery of constant exhaustion. Call on Him; He will hear and begin your restoration. Then you will give thanks for His goodness and His mercy that endures forever.

We are praying that He blesses you indeed, holds you up, and keeps you from the evil that would grieve you. He is faithful.
