There is nothing pleasant about severe depression! I know because I've had it too. Words can fly to the wind. I would be willing to listen to your burden of depression knowing we should not focus on it; but after speaking; releasing your burden to Jesus!

In addition to Identifying, Rebuking and Speaking Healing there are other thing's you can do to help with depression...

Healthy eating will help along with exercising to improve well being.
