🙏 Thank you in Jesus' Name...

We join you in seeking the Lord for wisdom and grace in this season and we thank you for bringing these many burdens before Him in Jesus' name.

We love your heart to seek wisdom as described in Col 1:9-10, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, to walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. We also join you in asking according to James 1:5, that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. The Lord delights to give wisdom when we ask with a heart to obey Him.

For your desire to fast according to Isa 58:7-14, we pray the Lord gives you special grace and keeps your fast according to His heart, not merely abstaining from food but loosing the bonds of wickedness, sharing with the hungry and caring for those in need, so that your light will break out as the morning and your healing will appear quickly, Isa 58:8, and that the Lord will guide you continually. We pray your fasting would be unto the Lord with prayer, humility and seeking His face, and that He would sustain your health as you seek Him.

For your health and for the gym, we pray with you from Ps 103:2-5, that you would bless the Lord and not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's. We also remember 1 Tim 4:8, for bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, having the promise of the life which is now and of that which is to come. We pray the Lord gives you discipline and balance to care for your body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, for strength, endurance and health to serve Him more effectively, and that your physical training would never replace but would support your spiritual devotion.

We lift up your need for wisdom and direction regarding health, the gym, important decisions, and excellent and regular scheduled time with your son. We pray the Lord would order your steps, Ps 37:23, and make your path clear, and that He would guard your time with your son and make it fruitful, consistent and Christ centered, that you may train him in the way he should go, Prov 22:6.

For the possible move, the not for profit setup, and finances, we ask the Lord to make your way plain and to provide clear counsel. We pray as in Prov 3:5-6 that you would trust in the Lord with all your heart and not lean on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths. We pray for provision according to Phil 4:19, that your God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and that you would seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness, Matt 6:33, trusting Him to add what you need. We pray for wise counsel and integrity in any ministry or organizational decisions.

For effective ministry to the Lord, to disciples, to parents and to the lost, we pray the Lord would make you fruitful and faithful, that you would go and make disciples, baptizing them and teaching them to observe all things that He commanded, Matt 28:19-20, and that His presence would be with you always. We pray your ministry would be in the power of the Holy Spirit and not in mere words, and that love would build up, 1 Cor 8:1.

For protection from temptation, deception, lies, evil people, falsehood, fear and sin, and from the evil one himself, we stand with you in prayer. We pray as Jesus taught us, bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, Matt 6:13 and Luke 11:4, and as He prayed, that you would keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. We pray you would heed Matt 24:4, that no one leads you astray, and that you would be kept from the deception that will increase. We pray you would be delivered from unreasonable and evil men, 2 Thess 3:2, and that you would turn away from those having a form of godliness but denying its power, 2 Tim 3:5. We pray you would be kept pure, that the remnant would do no iniquity nor speak lies, Zeph 3:13, and we claim 1 John 5:18, that he who was born of God keeps himself, and the evil one does not touch him.

For family salvation we join you earnestly, for God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:3-4, and He is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9. We pray the Lord would open their eyes and grant repentance, that they would hear and adhere to all He commanded.

Father, we lift our brother to You together and ask for an outpouring of wisdom, discernment and grace for fasting and prayer. Fill him with the knowledge of Your will, guide every decision about his health, his body, his time with his son, his home, his finances and his ministry. Strengthen him in body and spirit, protect him and his family from the evil one, from deception and from every lie and fear, and keep him from temptation. Let his fasting be pleasing to You and bring healing and guidance. Save his family members who do not yet know You, grant them repentance and faith in Christ, and help them walk in obedience so that You will be with them always. We ask You to establish the work of his hands for Your glory and to make his ministry fruitful for Your Kingdom. We pray all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and only Savior, amen.

We appreciate you laying all of this out so honestly. We can hear how much you want to seek the Lord well in this season, especially for wisdom, health, and that hoped-for time of fasting, along with the big decisions about a possible move, finances, ministry, and time with your son.

Carrying five major areas at once can feel heavy, so we find it helps to give each one a little breathing room before the Lord. One simple way we have seen help others is to take what you listed and turn it into a short written prayer guide, just a few lines for each area naming the goal, what resources or options you already have, and one small next action you sense the Lord inviting. Then you can bring one area to Him each day rather than all at once, and check back after a week to see what is becoming clearer.

Since you mentioned health, the gym, and an extended fast, we also encourage you to touch base with your doctor and perhaps a trusted pastor as you make those plans, alongside prayer, so you have wise support for your body as well as your spirit.

We are praying with you for clear direction, protection, and grace for your family.

Father, we lift our brother to You and ask for Your wisdom and steady guidance in each decision before him. Guard his health, his time with his son, and his walk with You, keep him from temptation and harm, and draw his family closer to Yourself. Lead him step by step as he seeks You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your petitions have been laid before the Lord and we have carried them to the throne of grace with thanksgiving in Jesus Name.

We join you in asking for wisdom according to Colossians 1:9, that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. The wisdom of man will not see God, and it cannot guide you, but the Lord gives wisdom freely to those who look unto Him. We pray that in this season of seeking, you may look unto Jesus and be saved and kept in every decision, for there is only one way of salvation and one source of true wisdom, and that is Christ Himself who is made unto us wisdom and sanctification.

Concerning your desire for a season of fasting in the spirit of Isaiah 58:7-14, we pray that the Lord will make it not a mere outward form but a true loosing of the bands of wickedness and a drawing near to Him. May He guide you continually and satisfy your soul, and cause you to delight yourself in Him. We also remember your requests for health as in Psalm 103:2-5, that He who forgives all thine iniquities and heals all thy diseases would renew thy strength, and for bodily discipline according to 1 Timothy 4:8, that your care for the body may be held in its proper place while godliness, which is profitable unto all things, has the preeminence.

We bring before the Lord your petitions for wisdom and direction for health, for the gym, for an important decision, and for excellent and regular scheduled time with your son. We ask the Father to guard and keep you both and to answer the prayer of our Lord in John 17:15, that you should be kept from the evil one. May the Lord order your steps and establish your goings.

For the possible move and matters of a not for profit, and for finances, we pray that the Lord who owns all things will make your way plain and provide what is needful, and that you may do all things with integrity and single eye to His glory, seeking first the kingdom of God.

For effective ministry to the Lord, to disciples, to parents and to the lost, we pray that you may preach over and over again the plain Gospel of salvation by Divine Grace through faith in Christ Jesus. The way of salvation is to believe on Him, to trust in Him with unquestioning confidence, to depend upon Him without fear for present and eternal salvation. It is without money and without price. May the Lord make you faithful in telling that story to friends and family, that others may hear and believe, for faith is the wisdom by which we are saved, and whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed.

For protection from temptation, deception, lies, falsehood, fear and sin, we pray as you have asked from Luke 11:4 and Matthew 6:13, that you may be delivered from evil, and kept from the evil one as in 1 John 5:18-21, and guarded from evil men as in 2 Thessalonians 3:2, from the spirit of falsehood and from the fear of man. May the Lord keep you from being puffed up with knowledge as in 1 Corinthians 8:1, and from having a form of godliness without the power thereof as in 2 Timothy 3:5. We pray that you may be kept from deception as in Matthew 24:4, and be found speaking no lies as in Zephaniah 3:13.

For family salvation we pray most earnestly according to 1 Timothy 2:1-4 and 2 Peter 3:9, that God who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth would bring your household to repentance and faith. Salvation is a present and perfect salvation by grace, not by works, common to all who believe, and to be made common by our telling it forth. We pray that you and your house may believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved, that you may adhere to all He has commanded according to Matthew 28:19-20, and that He may be with you always. May the Lord use you as a spiritual decoy to bring the rest of your family into the gospel net, that you may be a rejoicing and renewed family together in Christ.

We leave the whole matter of your salvation and that of your loved ones with Him in unquestioning confidence. Look unto Him, and be ye saved, for a look does not require a moment and His honor is engaged to save the meanest of His sheep. Neglect not this great salvation, but seek, and ye shall find, knock, and it shall be opened, ask, and ye shall receive.

May the Lord hear and answer according to His perfect will, to the praise of His grace. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your requests have been lifted up with thanksgiving and I join you in seeking the Lord for each of these needs.

For wisdom and direction you asked according to Colossians 1:9, and that is the true wisdom we should seek. Scripture calls wisdom not cleverness in worldly affairs but knowing Christ and the way of the Cross, and walking worthy of the Lord in all that pleases Him, bearing fruit in every good work. Pray for that wisdom which is spiritual, which teaches us to live soberly and righteously, to be humble and merciful, for virtue itself is wisdom and sin is folly. Ask that God would fill you with knowledge of His will so that your decisions about health, about discipline for the body, about time with your son, and about every important choice would be guided by what honors Him.

For fasting according to Isaiah 58, for health according to Psalm 103, and for bodily discipline according to 1 Timothy 4:8, remember that bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things. The Lord delights in fasting that is joined to mercy, to loosing bonds, to sharing bread with the hungry, to turning from selfishness, and to remembering the judgment to come. Keep your fast with prayer and watchfulness, but guard your soul from pride and vainglory, for even almsgiving and fasting and prayer can be lost if they are done to be seen by men. The enemy fell through pride, and that passion can enter any good work. Let your fasting be humble, quiet, and joined to love for your neighbor, and the Lord who sees in secret will sustain your health and renew your strength as He promises to forgive and heal.

I pray with you for regular and excellent time with your son, that the Lord would guard that relationship and keep you both from evil, as you asked from John 17:15. I pray for clear direction concerning a possible move, concerning work and a not for profit, and concerning finances, that God would grant stewardship, contentment, and provision, and keep you from the love of money which is the root of all evil. Seek first His kingdom and trust Him to open or close doors according to His will.

For effective ministry to the Lord, to disciples, to parents, and to the lost, pray that your life would teach as well as your words. The apostles were living examples, and the best teaching comes from deeds. Whether in plenty or in little, in family life or in solitude, hold fast to faithfulness, meekness, and love, and let others see Christ in you. Continue in prayer for salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for He is the only mediator between God and men.

For protection from temptation, deception, lies, fear, and the evil one, as you asked from Luke 11:4, Matthew 6:13 and Matthew 24:4, I pray that the Lord would deliver you from every snare, from falsehood and from evil persons, and keep you from sin. Put on the whole armor of God, watch and pray, and stay grounded in the truth of Scripture so that no one may lead you astray.

For your family, I join you in prayer according to 1 Timothy 2:1-4 and 2 Peter 3:9, that God who desires all to be saved and to come to repentance would draw each one to repentance and faith in Christ, and that all would continue in what He has commanded, abiding in His presence always according to Matthew 28:19-20.

May the Lord grant you wisdom, uphold you in your fast, strengthen your body and soul, establish your steps, make your ministry fruitful, keep you from the evil one, and bring your family into saving knowledge of Jesus. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our Wisdom, our Righteousness, and our Hope.
