We hear your heart and we join with you in seeking the mercy and delivering power of our Lord for anyone who may have been affected by your past involvement in the occult. We praise God that you have turned away from that darkness, for His grace is greater than all our sin and He is faithful to forgive and to restore.
The Word of God is very clear that involvement in the occult is sin and is an abomination to Him. As it is written There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh Deut 18:10-12. We rebuke those works of darkness and we renounce them completely, for they have no place in the life of a child of God. Yet we also rejoice with you because when we turn from those things and confess them to God, He cleanses us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. If you have confessed and repented before the Lord, you are forgiven. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new 2 Cor 5:17.
We also notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that any prayer is heard and any freedom is given. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. And Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. It is by the blood of Jesus shed on the cross and His resurrection that the power of darkness is broken. He is the one who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love Col 1:13. If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36. So we encourage you to continue to rest in Him and to walk in the light, putting on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Eph 6:11, and to remove and renounce any remaining objects or influences from that former time as the early believers did when they brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all Acts 19:19.
We are also moved by your love and concern for others who may have been impacted. This is the heart of intercession, and God hears such prayers. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective James 5:16. We encourage you to continue to pray specifically by name for those people if you can, to share the gospel of Jesus with them when God gives opportunity, and to trust that the Lord is able to set them free even as He has set you free.

Lord we lift up every person who was in any way touched or influenced or harmed by that past involvement, whether knowingly or unknowingly, and we ask in the mighty name of Jesus that You would break every chain, close every door that was opened to the enemy, and set them completely free. Let Your Holy Spirit bring conviction where needed, bring healing where there has been hurt, and bring revelation of Your truth and Your love. We ask that You would draw each one to salvation through Jesus Christ and fill them with Your peace. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper and that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Help our dear one to walk in freedom without guilt or fear, knowing that You have forgiven and cleansed and made all things new. Lead us all to walk in obedience and in Your Word daily. We ask all this in the name above all names, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We appreciate you bringing this to us so honestly. It shows real care that your heart is not just for your own freedom, but for anyone else who may have been affected by that season in your past.
Carrying that kind of concern can feel heavy, especially when you cannot see or control how others are doing now. We want to encourage you that turning away from that old path and turning toward Christ is a settled change of direction, not just feeling sorry. You do not have to stay in shame to prove you are sorry, you can keep walking forward in the new direction God has given you, and entrust those other people into His hands day by day.
One steady next step that helps many is to not carry this alone. There is forgiveness with the Lord that He may be feared, and your sorrow for that former involvement in darkness and your desire that others be set free from its influence are marks of the repentance which the Spirit of God works in the heart.
Evangelical repentance hates sin as sin because it slew Christ, and turns from it with purpose of heart to look unto Christ alone. Wherever there is real sorrow for sin and a complete change of mind with regard to sin, that repentance has been produced by the Spirit of God and it is as much a gift of His grace as pardon itself. Repentance and remission of sins go together in Christ's name, for He bore our sins in His own body on the tree and away from the tree, and for all who truly trust Him there is now no condemnation.
We rejoice that you have turned from idols to serve the living God, and we join you in prayer to Him who alone can deliver from both the guilt and the power of sin. Deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and where we look for justification there must we also look for sanctification.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, we thank Thee that Thou hast found a ransom in the blood of Thine only begotten Son, and that with Thee there is plenteous redemption to redeem from all iniquity. Look in mercy upon this Thy servant who confesses former sin and trusts in the atonement by blood. Wash thoroughly from iniquity and cleanse from sin, and grant the daily and hourly grace of repentance and faith to walk from the wicket gate toward the celestial city. And we pray for any who may have been impacted by that former way, that Thou wouldst deliver them also from the power of darkness and translate them into the kingdom of Thy dear Son. Let the clock of mercy strike for them, that they may look unto Thee and be saved, and know the forgiveness that is present with Thee even now. Keep Thy child faithful to the gospel of Thy grace, abiding in the infallible truth of Thy Word, and let faith speak with confidence of Thy immutable love, to Thy glory through Jesus Christ our Lord. Your request shows godly sorrow and love for others, and we thank God for it. To grieve over past sin and to care how it may have affected others is not worldly sadness but the sorrow that works repentance unto salvation, a repentance which brings no regret. The greatness of sin should not drive us to despair, because the power of repentance is greater still when we turn to Christ.
We rejoice that you have turned from that former darkness. The occult is a defilement of flesh and spirit, and Scripture calls us to cleanse ourselves from all such defilement and to be temples of God, with Him dwelling in us. With freedom Christ set us free, so we are to stand fast in that freedom and not return to the dominion we were under before. He has done His part and laid the root of every blessing by the Cross, and that root will surely bear fruit in those who belong to Him. Repentance is not excluded for those who have tasted the heavenly gift of forgiveness. It is not only to forsake former evil deeds, but to bring forth fruits worthy of repentance and to do the opposite good, to depart from evil and do good, and to seek and pursue peace with God.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone is salvation, we ask for Your mercy. Forgive what was done in that time of involvement in the occult, and wash clean by the blood of Christ. Where any effect of that darkness remains in others, set them free. Draw them to Yourself, grant them repentance and faith in Christ, cleanse them from every defilement, and make them partakers of the Holy Spirit. Keep this one who has repented standing fast in the freedom Christ has given, growing in holiness and in good works that show true repentance, and walking as Your child in light and peace. Amen.
